super disappointed,
when I found the listing online. everything looked suitable for my liking, the layout and the quality of the apt. looked great, I was excited to start the application process, that, untill I read the reviews.
I thought maybe ill give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a call. I was welcomed with the rudest most unhelpful agent ive spoken to in the moving journey.
she did not seem to want to talk/help me, was very rude and couldnt answer the most basic questions I had, ALSO didnt want to book me a in person tour.
I thought I finally found a place in the area I wanted. unfortunately not.
For someone looking to inquire a unit in this establishment, to not be welcomed with a good first impression is more than enough to tell me about this place. super disappointed.
im not sure how when all your google reviews are negative feedback about nearly the same thing (customer service) have you not fixed the problem nor replaced the employees.

RATS RATS RATS!!!!!! Do not move there! The leasing office does not care and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Poor customer service! The property manager Denise has a nasty attitude and was not helpful at all! Run as far as you can from this apartment complex! Poor staff and service. The entire staff in the office needs to be fired and replaced by professionals who love their job and are ready to assist tenants professionally.

Okay so...
When I was trying to check this place out, they were very attentive. To this day, if I call and press the option for leasing someone is very nice and attentive but they refer me back to the local office for my question.
I have lived here almost 2 years now. I can never get anyone on the phone and, when I go to the office, the people are rude. When I let the last guy know I felt he was being aggressive, he said he speaks firmly, not rudely. What?
Does anyone else have this same experience?
I am thinking about getting a pet and wanted to find out the info for that but left a message and, once again, no call back.
I also want to say that there is no hot water or pressure for showers. Because the management wouldn't help me, I have a friend who is a plumber try to help me and there is no valve to shut the water off that is accessible to even look at it.
It took me months to get rid of ants last summer. Maintenance kept sending messages that they completed my request and I never saw anyone. I had to kill ants and clean the floor between my balcony and the kitchen every day for months.if it had been roaches, I would have left without notice.
I had a water leak from upstairs apartment's dishwasher about a week after I moved in. They said they would come back and paint over the water spot on the ceiling and never did.
They quoted me $1300 something per month one day. Came to view apartment next day and it was $1500+ due to fluctuation in "the market. " I am now almost 2 years in and no break. I should have known then. Rent is over $1600 now. That does not i nclude utilities, for a 1 bedroom apartment. They require 2 months written notice to move out. That will mean finding a.place and paying rent for 2 places for at least a month. Who is going to hold a place for you for 2 months?
Oh lord. Just thought of more. The gates have never worked and it is marketed as a gated community. The office was moved into an apartment for over a year for renovations. Never once was there a pool or clubhouse or.any amenities for at least 1.5 years and getting a monthly charge for all that. It's a scam.
I have also been paying for renter's insurance through AllState and have sent the management the documentation and spoken with them and emailed them on multiple occasions. They are charging me a fee on top of my renter's insurance since October 2023. Not sure why this hasn't been fixed. That is about $15 per month.
Also, I just went out of town for 4 days. I had left my air on 70 degrees. When I returned home, it was 83 degrees in my apartment. Please have a thermostat that doesn't try to think for me. I am willing to pay whatever I have to that will ensure my home is temperature controlled as I choose.
Sorry so long but...ugh.

The there are too many trees surrounding the pool causing it to be infested by bugs and leaves. BARELY any sun shining at the pool. Why have these long a— mirrors in the bathroom? Like, I feel like a cameras behind, or something! They should really add smaller mirrors and windows. And the apartment I live at, every night the light above my apartment is flickering and it’s hard to see and gives me a headache, please get someone to work on that at LEAST.

WARNING!!!! Our experience at this apartment complex has been incredibly disappointing. No lack of urgency and proper maintenance. Roaches, Mold, leaks, holes where bugs crawl through. **** For anyone considering renting here, I advise looking elsewhere for a more reliable and suitable.*** YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! Also, READ your lease and check EVERYTHING in the apartments.
UPDATE: I still haven't been able to speak with anyone from upper management outside of property management. I want out.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I lived here for 2 years and it was bad. If you are in the bottom floor, you will heard everything from your neighbors upstairs. It made it worse since they added floor (vinyl) to the 2nd and 3rd floor apts. The one star is due to after two days I turned in keys, the complex was calling me asking me when was I vacating the apartment. I explained to them I fill out the move out form and gave them to a guy named TJ (who is very rude) but someone they couldn’t find it and were charging me for two days worth of rent. If you are moving out or moving in, get everything in writing, take pictures, or record it.

If you don’t mind running around like a chicken with its head cut off, this is the place for you! Lease was for 13 months and it has been the LONGEST 13 months but glad I am moving. The leasing office was under different management when I came in and since they’ve switched over and got themselves a new lil office, they been acting brand new. It took over a month to get a new dryer, never fixed our stove light work order. The darkskin lady in the first office to the left with the weave and false lashes has THE nasty attitude I’ve ever seen in management and serves no assistance at all. TJ new property manager* is cool and helps where they can. But yea maintenance is a no, all young guys that roll right past your unit (except the older gentleman that picks ups the trash around the community, he’s cool). Out mail system was down for 4-5 months and had to go to the post office to pick up mail. And had we not stopped into the office to pick up the key we would’ve never been notified. Water was being shut off like every other week when we first got in here. And cobb & Smyrna police roll through here too frequently like the block is HOT.

I wouldn’t recommend getting a lease there, because the apartment is poorly mainted and also bug infested. They did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience and told me that all they can do is give me a fix rate for a floor above Terrance Level. They are also hard to communicate through. It’s best to look somewhere else.

I have been here 3 years and this palace has went down hill. Half the staff has left the gates have been broken for months the outside hallways need painting just looks a mess. I have been having issues with my patio for years no one has yet fixed it 2 contractors have came to look at it but no one has fixed it yet. I am so over this place. Since new mangement took over it has been aweful they charge for everything even stuff you do not use. I pray I move this year I do not see it getting any better.

I wanted to wait a while to make this review so that I wasn’t incorrect about my judgement and observations. They moved me into an apartment that my leasing agent didn’t even check before I moved in. After about 2 days the apartment started smelling like piss (they covered the smell temporarily while I moved in). Also, somehow my sink isn’t properly painted like it’s rusty and disgusting looking. While bringing those two issues up to the leasing office I was told that I did it… (tried to gaslight me). It’s been more than 2 weeks and they haven’t fixed it. I could’ve been bought a carpet cleaning machine but I shouldn’t have to because it’s their responsibility before moving me in to handle it. Now within a month of living here the inside part of the toilet handle just randomly broke while flushing the toilet. While letting the leasing office know about it I was once again being gaslighted as if I was rushing them or idk like being aggressive about it. I’m very disappointed in the management of this facility and wish I never moved here. If only you could see the pictures of this embarrassment of an apartment.

I want to give a special shout out to a lovely young lady named Ashley, as she was more than willing to help me get approved for an apartment the same day and move in that very same month. She was very respectful and showed a positive attitude that made the whole experience more enjoyable for me. Im glad I chose a place like this with an awesome community and many other benefits. Im excited to see how my first year goes in my new home!

My service hasn’t been completed for the past 2 months. I told them about my service when I first moved in to look at the place tj isn’t too good he told me to put a request in, they go by what’s important and it still hasn’t been completed. A had a package that wasn’t mine they expect me to take it to the post office. That’s not my job to do that.
