We recently moved into our apartment and have had a pleasant experience so far. The community is close to everything we need, yet it's quiet and peaceful at the same time. Ms. Trina assisted us from the very beginning and has been nothing short of wonderful. She helped up every step of the way, from touring to choosing a unit she knew we'd love. She always returned our phone calls and explained everything in detail. Thank you Ms. Trina for a great move in experience.

After what we thought was a failed apartment hunt, my fiancé and I stumbled across this place! Boy are we glad we did! This apartment complex is everything we wanted and asked for! The amenities, staff, scenery and neighborhood is amazing! The leasing staff is excellent and so friendly, we truly feel at home here! If you are looking for an amazing place to live, we recommend here! (Oh and a bonus is we are walking distance from the Braves stadium!!)

This is a nice property, but the frequent -unannounced- water shut offs during the week are tiring. If you work from home or have an unconventional schedule, this could easily throw your entire day off. (Not being able to shower or brush your teeth, smh). God forbid if you're using some type of chemical and you need water to rinse it away and suddenly you dont have running water for an undisclosed amount of time. won't be renewing my lease.

My sister recently moved in I wish she tour the whole neighborhood! Kids everywhere red cups on the ground. I couldn’t even back out of a park space because it was so many kids & the parents did nothing just continue to talk while I struggled not to hit anybody. The dog park look horrible & the land escape needs TLC.

I've had the pleasure of being in this wonderful apartment complex for the past month and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The complex is very nice, quiet, and very close to many shops/places. The leasing office is top customer service!! Very welcoming and Friendly!
