Our daughter has been at Oxford Babies and Oxford Academy since she was 3 months old. She is now 4 years old and has grown and learned so much being here. The staff take care of all of their children with so much love care, it's so amazing and comforting. Our daughter is currently in Ms. Shun and Ms. Krystal's class and comes home everyday explaining what she learned and what the teachers did and what her and her friends did. It is so much more about education, although I'll say that is a lot here, which we love, but it's the attention to each child that means the world. Ms. Blair has become like part of our family through the years, along with Ms. Nikole, Ms. Omari, Mr. Chad (among many others) whom we see everyday. Highly recommend this place as it was referred to me as well!

My daughter is currently in Ms. Lesha and Ms. Shai’s class. These two ladies are amazing! They do engaging and fun activities every single day. They have perfect control of the classroom and most importantly are excellent care takers of our daughter and all of the kids. No matter what I ask, they do it and go above and beyond to make each day the best day. We are so thankful to have our daughter in the care of these two amazing ladies.

We were only with them for a short period but plan to be back! Our family needs more flexibility than ANY traditional childcare facility can provide with late evenings and weekends. If we could stay, we would. My son, who is almost 3, learned so much in his short time, made friends, and gained independence. The staff were always friendly and loving. I'm confident to recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality care and a low student-teacher ratio.

We simply love Cindy Smith and all the Staff at Oxford Academy. We lost our daycare to a flood Thanksgiving of 2019. We were lucky enough to be referred to Oxford by our wonderful neighbors. Cindy Smith made every effort to get our daughter (and other children affected by the daycare flood) into Oxford and even opened a new classroom to accommodate everyone who needed and wanted child care. Oxford is so wonderful for my daughter. They love her, teach her, and let her be super creative while playing. Their curriculum is amazing and my daughter comes home daily with new things she has learned. It's just amazing for her at 3, almost 4 years old. I would highly recommend Oxford Academy (and Oxford Babies) because of our wonderful experience. I know my daughter will be well-prepared for Kindergarten in Fall 2022 after attending the Oxford Pre-K program next year Fall 2021.

Wonderful daycare center! All of the teachers we've encountered are top notch and truly care about the kids. The tone starts at the top as the owner is actively involved in ensuring the kids receive exceptional care. My wife and I feel great knowing our daughter gets the best care in a nourishing environment.

As a retired Cobb County educator, what a joy and pleasure it is to be one of the directors of Oxford Babies! I am privileged to see first hand as our precious babies begin their love and care at our facility. They are all special and unique and our wonderful teachers bestow their love and gentleness with each baby they care for. I feel very fortunate to be involved with such a wonderful facility and Smyrna is very lucky to be home to Oxford Academy and Oxford Babies! Cheryl Carson

I’m honored to be an employee at Oxford for the last three years. I work as a floater so I get to be in all of the classrooms and love on all of the babies! It’s truly a blessing to get to take care of these kids each day. If you’re looking for a place for your most precious gift, consider giving Oxford a call!

We have been with Oxford Academy for 9 years. Our oldest son made the transition to Kindergarten seamlessly and is now thriving as a 3rd grader. Our youngest son is currently in the Pre-K program and loves it. He is learning so much and preparing for school but most importantly he feels loved, and happy.

This was the first daycare my son attended at the age of 2. Naturally he had a hard time adjusting. There was never a set teacher in his room and he would come home constantly with a horrible diaper rash. He also had trouble taking a nap which ultimately led to the daycare calling me at work frequently to pickup my son because they didn’t have a place or a person who could take him out of the room. At the time my son was non verbal and was diagnosed with autism and they offered no help, I honestly felt like he was punished. We parted ways with the daycare after they said we needed to find another place for him because he wouldn’t nap. They called me 6 months later asking if I was still interested in enrolling my son because they had a note to call me when a spot opened, that goes to show how unorganized they are. Leaving that daycare was one of the best things that ever happened for my son and our family.

I attempted to inquire about this daycare on 7/16/2020. I spoke with staff and informed her of what I was looking for, care for a 4 year old. She explained the fee and the hours of operation. I asked when I could set up tour, she asked me to hold. I then get another staff member. She stated to me the same information rates, hours, reg. fee, supply fee. She then asked would that work for me. I stated yes, the young lady explained that to me already. I was being transferred to set up a time and date for a tour. In a nutshell she went around the mulberry bush, and that they were unsure about tours, well you can only peak in the windows or how we were doing them from 10-10:30 am. I eventually said that's okay I'm no longer interested.Everything that is going on, I am sensitive to the fact that the children and buildings should remain safe and sanitary. I wasn't encouraged to pick up a packet or anything. I was given multiple reasons why I couldn't come tour or how she was unsure if I could tour. I was really confused. Please, please people conduct business like all money spends the same and as though you are here to provide excellent service to the children and the parents. Being new to this area, I can tell who wants my business and who doesn't.

My daughter has been very happy at both Oxford Babies and Academy. It can be hard to trust your child with someone else, but she has been totally loved from Day 1. I am very impressed at how much she has learned under their care. Plus, she loves her teachers and has made great friends along the way.

Oxford Babies and Academy has been a wonderful place for both of my children. I feel that they are loved every single day and have excellent learning opportunities. It speaks volumes when your children don't want to leave at the end of the day when you come to pick them up.My daughter is continuously learning in a loving environment and enjoys when she can come home and tell us about something new she learned in class! Academy offers so many enrichment activities during the summer and throughout the year. My daughters favorites are when they learn about live animals and get to experience them first hand, as well as the painting classes lead by an art instructor. I would never consider having my children anywhere else!
