“After contacting close to a dozen printers--all of whom insisted on using only ugly safety paper for checks--we finally located Advantage Laser Products who worked with us to create beautifully branded, custom checks for our business. The personalized attention we received was incredible. They worked with us, our graphic artist, and our bank through an iterative process to get checks which are visually pleasing and work with our bank's rules. We couldn't be happier. Kevin and Lance really know every detail of offset printing, MICR printing, and bank compliance. They patiently explained to us and worked with us through the process. “It was a pleasure doing business with Deal Decor. Had some minor mishaps with the items delivered but they promptly replaced what was wrong and did so very quickly (nothing they were at fault about). Everyone I met, from the person at the store, to Brie which was my first interaction, to the delivery guy, everyone was super friendly and professional! I am really happy with my new furniture, it is gorgeous and I get many compliments when people come over.”

“The store manager and his employees are courteous, professional and most important, customer oriented at this Office Depot in Marietta. The item I wanted was not available in the store, Mr. Zell, the store manager assisted me with online purchasing of the item (a gaming chair). The chair was delivered to my home on time, based on the delivery date promised. I paid to get the chair assembled at Mr. Zell's store in Marietta. The cost of assemble was much more reasonable than any online store (not naming the other stores I shopped) before deciding to use Office Depot. Mr. Zell had the chair assembled within one day as promised. I will continue to shop at this particular Office Depot and I recommend this store based on the excellent customer service I received.”

“I bought a total of 3 tables from this company. One for me, my wife and another as a Christmas present for a friend. More than the product itself, working with the people was so great. Theresa and Scott and the rest of the crew treated me well and are good people. They gave me an affordable deals on all 3 tables (as electric ones are always pricey). We enjoy the chairs that we received as well. Definitely open to doing business with GCS again. 5stars for service!”

“My visit was good, bad, then good again because of Erin and Cliff. I applaud Erin and Cliff for the quick customer service recovery. I was there for an hour after an associate stepped in to assist Erin in the printing of my document.She took over, and Erin assisted. She tried and printed a lot of copies because the grey color of the document changed after they changed the cartridge. She grew frustrated, and I had to push for the issue to be resolved. After an hour and several attempts, I asked her if someone else could assist. She walked away, came back, and said, “Joe said this happens, and we can only print one more time’” The store was not busy ( 2-3 other customers), and I was never allowed to talk with Joe. Joe never saw my documents.Erin, with whom my visit started, and Cliff stepped in and completed it within a couple of minutes. Erin started the visit by finding me in the aisle and discussing my printing job. I was taken aback. Usually, they call you overhead. Her approach was very kind, and she got the job done quickly. I wished Erin stepped back in sooner, or the other young lady never stepped in. It would have saved me an hour.Customer service is present depending on who you encounter. I left a lot less frustrated because of the service recovery. Thank you, Erin and Cliff. Because of you, I will consider this business again. This location needs more employees like you.”

“CBI did a terrific job handling our Atlanta-area office move. We had a tight timeframe in which to move out of our old space and into our new space, and they made it happen.CBI staff members were professional, responsive, accommodating, and flexible. They helped us with the planning and execution phases of getting our things moved, donated, and/or disposed of, as necessary, and they stayed involved to ensure that the project moved at speed.I would be very comfortable recommending CBI to handle any similar project.”

“My last visit to this store did not go well, but I'm giving it 5 stars because of how the General Manager, Mark, responded to my unsatisfactory visit. Soon after my last visit I got an email from Office Depot about my recent visit and I took full advantage of the opportunity to give rather scathing feedback. I guess I assumed those survey results went into some kind of corporate abyss, but apparently the general managers do read them. Anyway, the general manager personally reached out by email, was very kind and apologetic about my unsatisfactory experience, and even gave me a partial refund on the item I had purchased. I was not expecting any of that. So for the above-and-beyond customer service, I recommend the Office Depot on the EW Connector in Austell. If you ever have a problem, talk to the general manager. He seems like a really good guy who wants to help.”
