“My visit was good, bad, then good again because of Erin and Cliff. I applaud Erin and Cliff for the quick customer service recovery. I was there for an hour after an associate stepped in to assist Erin in the printing of my document.She took over, and Erin assisted. She tried and printed a lot of copies because the grey color of the document changed after they changed the cartridge. She grew frustrated, and I had to push for the issue to be resolved. After an hour and several attempts, I asked her if someone else could assist. She walked away, came back, and said, “Joe said this happens, and we can only print one more time’” The store was not busy ( 2-3 other customers), and I was never allowed to talk with Joe. Joe never saw my documents.Erin, with whom my visit started, and Cliff stepped in and completed it within a couple of minutes. Erin started the visit by finding me in the aisle and discussing my printing job. I was taken aback. Usually, they call you overhead. Her approach was very kind, and she got the job done quickly. I wished Erin stepped back in sooner, or the other young lady never stepped in. It would have saved me an hour.Customer service is present depending on who you encounter. I left a lot less frustrated because of the service recovery. Thank you, Erin and Cliff. Because of you, I will consider this business again. This location needs more employees like you.”
“Great Group here! My chair's complete structural failure had me looking for a chair that i could get ASAP. Had the pleasure of working with both Ringo and Mike. I went in looking for one specific chair, found another i thought i would like more but it ended up not being a good fit for me. So they helped me go in a different direction. “I've shopped here many times ever since they first opened, this was my first bad experience. Went to check out and no registers were open and no employee's present so I went to the register at the copy center where there were employees present. After waiting for a short period the lady there told me that I needed to check out at the front register, I pointed out that those registers were not open and no one was at the registers, she rather rudely replied " ell I wil page someone". After proceeding to the front registers and a brief wait a lady came to the register and checked me out. Thought it was bad service to not have someone at or nearby to take a customer's money.”

I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Mr. Andrew, the store manager. He was incredibly gentle, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed during checkout, and I truly appreciated his warm, inviting presence.
As I waited for my merchandise, I observed that he treated every customer with the same level of kindness and professionalism—not just me. That level of consistency and care is rare and deserves to be recognized.
Because of Mr. Andrew, I would absolutely return to this store for any future needs. He made the experience pleasant and easy, and it's clear he leads by example.
