2955 Cobb Pkwy SE, Atlanta“My visit was good, bad, then good again because of Erin and Cliff. I applaud Erin and Cliff for the quick customer service recovery. I was there for an hour after an associate stepped in to assist Erin in the printing of my document.She took over, and Erin assisted. She tried and printed a lot of copies because the grey color of the document changed after they changed the cartridge. She grew frustrated, and I had to push for the issue to be resolved. After an hour and several attempts, I asked her if someone else could assist. She walked away, came back, and said, “Joe said this happens, and we can only print one more time’” The store was not busy ( 2-3 other customers), and I was never allowed to talk with Joe. Joe never saw my documents.Erin, with whom my visit started, and Cliff stepped in and completed it within a couple of minutes. Erin started the visit by finding me in the aisle and discussing my printing job. I was taken aback. Usually, they call you overhead. Her approach was very kind, and she got the job done quickly. I wished Erin stepped back in sooner, or the other young lady never stepped in. It would have saved me an hour.Customer service is present depending on who you encounter. I left a lot less frustrated because of the service recovery. Thank you, Erin and Cliff. Because of you, I will consider this business again. This location needs more employees like you.”
