Tint, shampoo, cut, drying.
This is the "only" place where they tint my mothers hair and leave it perfectly shiny!! I don't know what they use, but whatever it is, IS awesome!!
My mother has little gray in her hair, but she likes it jet-black.
She is elderly but is quite vain, and loves to be perfectly dressed, and her hair must always be great ?
She is more than a handful at almost 90!!!!

Made an appointment 2 days in advance for myself and my daughters. Got there 10 minutes before our appointment time and one of the workers was asleep on the couch. Guess who our stylist was? Yep! Sleeping beauty. We were not greeted at all. There were a total of 4 women working but 3 of the women stayed in the back watching a tv with the volume up. Completely ignoring us sitting and waiting. 3-4 people came in after us and were greeted and serviced by the other 3 women and left. My daughters were not happy with their hair and neither was I. I decided not to get my hair done and am very unsatisfied with the treatment and service we were given. If this establishment doesn't want to service black American hair then they should be upfront and not waste people's time and take their money for terrible service. We will NEVER return and I will warn others about this place.

I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. I came to get my hair dyed and I showed her my inspiration picture and even ask her if she can do it, because I have a lot of hair and its super dark. She says yes and starts on my hair. She didn't let me see the process, and my hair looks so blotchy once I took a little peek ( which was towards the end of the process) I have some orange spot and gray spot on my hair. I started to cry because how bad it looked. I told her that it isn't what I wanted. she just said how my hair is so dark and how I have a lot of hair. Even though I asked her if she thinks she can do it. Not to mention how the store looked, it was so nasty, unorganized, there was so many flies in the store. There were so many red flags, I just didn't want to judge her nor the place. But after my experience it would never go back again. I would rate it zero star if I could. Lastly, not to mention when I told the hair dresser (who is the owner of the store by the way) what she did wrong, she was just saying how I didn't want to pay and how I should just say that. She has the nastiest character. She tried to fix it but it just got even worse from my roots. Please don't go here. Go spend your money some where else. I had to bring my friend to come to the salon, because I was so mortified. DON'T COME HERE.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I decided to come here with my little sister to get our ends cut because they quoted us $20 each for just the cuts and I wanted to support a Latina-owned business during the pandemic but it was definitely not worth it !! The place was empty and looked dirty, the ladies cutting our hair did not take in regards to any of our suggestions and ended up messing up our hairs. I also felt like they just did not want to work or cut our hairs even though we were the only ones there. Another thing that just baffled me about how these ladies run their business is that they only accept cash but they fail to mention this at the beginning of our conversation when I asked for the price of their services. It wasn't until I took out my debit card to pay that she decided to mention it. I was really annoyed at that point because I usually do not carry cash with me but I happened to have enough cash to cover the fee. I will not be coming here again and will not recommend this place to anyone. I'm definitely at fault here because I saw so many red flags right away but decided to be cheap and give people the benefit of the doubt.

I just left from this salon, wanting to get a wash and blow out...flat ironed and was refused service because the stylist was not use to our hair!!! African descendant type hair. Now I’m not trying to brag but my hair texture is not at all tightly curled and takes heat and straightens just fine. I’m completely offended by both these ladies here. Sad bunch indeed!!

I walked in at 6 pm and walking out at 10 pm even though they technically closed at 8 pm. Olefina and Fanny worked on my hair and my hair is not the easiest. They take their time and really work on your hair as if it was theirs. She touched up my color and keratin and i was very pleased. Her hours are much more conducive for me than my previous salon. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the service. I think they are now my number one salon! !!
