If it was negative stars was available I would give -5 stars! Only one bank teller window. Waited20 min still not have been helped!Update: still waiting here and the lady said there are other banks 15 min from here if I want to go instead of just waiting some more.

Absolutely the slowest Bank Of America I've ever been to! Customer service is horrible as well!
