60 dollars, 30 minutes, same day appt. My hair was short about 4 inches all around and still made it work. Im satisfied.

Eunice braids with care and precision. What’s even better is I was worried about my edges due to some post partum shedding. I just took them out and they are back! Even fuller! I will be back

I absolutely love my hair! The ladies that work here are nice, it’s clean and they help each other so it’s pretty fast. Took about 6 hours for me to get small butt length knotless braids and they are flawless! Priced reasonably too, unlike everywhere else in ATL. I will be back!

I needed braids for an upcoming surgery (simply the easiest way to keep my long fine thick hair when I can’t do it myself). I had gone to them with my step daughter years ago and had great results. Today when I ran by Big Lots I decided to just stop and see tomorrow’s availability- she wasn’t able to get me in tomorrow but had time right then. We got it done and it’s JUST what I needed. I called on Saturday April 30th 2022 **Smyrna location** was told there was availability for the day, ok no problem. I wasn't asked if I would like to book an appt. I called again Monday, May 2nd 2022 before 730am & was told no one was at the shop, So I asked, what time is opening. I was told, that they are closed on Mondays & it's appt only on Mondays. Again, I wasn't asked if I would like to make an appt or offered any type of assistance, On when I could come in for service. Website reads, open on Mondays & doesn't mention anything about an appt. Didn't seem interested in me as a potential customer. No type of customer service or information was provided. **Smyrna**

Worst salon ever. Poor customer service, overpriced. Whoever braided my hair had an attitude the entire time. Not going back.

Don't even go to this place. Worst customer service ever. Whoever braids your hair is always acting like they are rather doing you a favor when you are actually paying money to get your hair braided. She plays lots of games to try to overcharge you and never listens to instructions. She won't even listen to u on what exactly wants to be done. I wish I could give 0 stars. Go there at your own peril.

This was absolutely worst experience I've had with getting my hair braided. MiMi would not listen to my instructions on how I wanted my hair done. She was rude, over priced and she lacks skills. I was so angry and she had the nerve to want $250.00. I made her take that sh** out of my head and I didn't pay her a dime. She should have paid me, what a waste of time.
