The sales associate also the manager lied about the Samsung galaxy a 9+ tablet. She told me that it was $80 to get it when I already know promotion if you had your tablet for over 35 days then it’s free just pay for the plan which is $20 because you can’t put on the $15 plan the lady completely lied to me. Also tried to give me a TCL tablet For $40 when that tablet is not even $40 someone is trying to scam me and take my money. I’m not appreciating it at all. Someone needs to talk to them the MDM or star owner. They are giving false information which is illegal. don’t give people wrong

Had a phone (allegedly) stolen from a teacher at local elementary school. Phone was eventually tracked to this store but they were closed so we sent someone back the next morning before opening …. Opening Manager says phone isn’t there and he worked previous day and no one turned in a phone… and yet the locator dot was there ……then suddenly the locator dot starts moving towards the perimeter 10Minutes after person leaves the parking lot. Coincidence I guess possible but Doubtful so you should consider this a Caveat Emp-Store.Some of you who mentioned bad phones in your reviews well I’m thinking they may not have been brand new.

This guy sold me a defective TMobile phone and I tried to get another one he says due to my travel metro say that it's policy or something. Basically I am letting people know don't trust this guy or store everytime I am in there someone is having problems. Believe me or not just letting people know who they are dealing with.
