I purchased a car Friday they did not tell me the car had a damaged frame I received a phone call on Monday morning from the lender saying the car had a damaged frame they asked me was I aware of the damage frame I told them no I was not aware that was my first time hearing it I would not have bought the car if I would have known ask me did I want to proceed with the loan I told them no I returned the car on Monday ask for my down deposit back he told me no $3,500.00 I will explain more but it looks like I might have to take Court I went to get a GMC truck in the AC did not work they taught me into getting another a Honda he told me the car had a warranty it does not come with a warranty they might try to tell you that to get you

I had a great experience with Metro Auto Alberto and his team were great had an issue with the car but they made sure it was taken care of and now my car is running great. I would like to thank Alberto and his team for a wonderful experience.

The two scams they pulled on me were 1: not selling the floor mats with the car, be sure to check for that. And 2: not selling the flat tire changing kit with the car. They are probably required by law to sell it with the spare tire, but not the changing kit.
And they have been sending me these scammy post cards in the mail saying "if you don't respond about your vehicle warranty your car will be put on a 'pre-existing defect' list.

zero stars worse dealership to deal with ever,they don't stand behind what they sale you,I purchased a car from them with the top of the line warranty to find out that they didn't even pay for it but added it on to the monthly payment,now they've been dodging me going on 3 months and they won't answer the tone or return calls,,find a car somewhere else that lease worst experience ever

I wish I could leave 0 stars!! It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Metro Auto Credit sold me a vehicle with emission problems. I’ve went back to get the issue resolved. They claimed they fixed the issue but, when I took the vehicle to several auto repair shops the same code keeps coming up. I even took it to the manufacturer dealership. They told me the issue was never fixed and the same code came back up. The car has been shaking and it’s unsafe to drive. In the state of Georgia it’s illegal to sale a vehicle with emissions issues. I’ve made several attempts to reach out to them and resolve the problem. Metro Auto Credit keeps giving me the run around. They haven’t reached back out to me yet. I’m a hard working single mother of four children. Metro Auto Credit took my money and refuse to resolve the issue. I would run!!!! run!! run!!! and never purchase a vehicle from these people ever again!!!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I purchased this vehicle on 2/7/23. Today (2/18/23) I was told by Bobbi, there is nothing they are going to do about an alignment and faulty tires the vehicle has. I moved here from California and I don’t have family or close friends who I can rely on for transportation, so I chose this dealership because I live very close. Bobbi made it seem as though she was concerned about the situation I was in by reassuring me the vehicle was reliable and one of the best they have. I trusted what she said so much, I let her complete the sell without test driving the vehicle and also allowing her to sign my signature electronically, to expedite the process. She took the payment that evening and said I can pick the car up the following morning. I noticed there were tire pressure lights on but figured it was due to the cold weather. Fast forward to this week, I had a blow out on the freeway. I attempted to contact the dealership for help and was told due to the car being sold as is, any problem with it, is now my responsibility. Now I will have to spend time and money seeking legal help, due to this situation.

Sold my Son Junk Jeep that broke down in less than 2 weeks. Bobby the finance manager was rude, and told us we were outta of luck, and that she'd gotten paid already. Even the overpriced warranty purchased from her does not cover any of the repairs needed. Steer clear of these crooks

We had a great experience with Alberto & Cesar. It was perfect timing for us and we lucked up and got this baby right before someone else ?They were courteous, patience, and non-haggling.
