They lied about a.c. and charged me for freon then discharged after I pd after saying was ok but not great.i pd.for that freon and they then discharge after paymentcrooks and take advantage while lying.my mgr said never go there.too late don't fall for free a.c.dealThey don't know what they're doing.and Antoine on s.cobb isn't even a mechanic . they will get you they don't know how to charge an a.c.and switched my dipstick from trans.to oil and reverse.Auto zone in austell did for me and did right and only charged for freon.dont go to meineke .you will need another place and they don't know how to do anything right.but rip you off there was nothing wrong with a.or compressor.its cool now.went to AutoZone and for 37$ with tax it took a small can of 134a and right nozzle and my ac is nice and cold.fools there was nothing we with it in 1st place

Came there to get alignment nd shid my car still wobbling tires wearing down there wasnt good job done ..now i have to pay someone to do it right ...smh

I recently had to get my tire changed and did not have an appointment. I felt bad but the service tech worked me in and even completed my oil change. They are super friendly and prices are reasonable. I will be back.

Mike the front desk attendant was very personable and helpful. Went again on yesterday 12/22. Mike was consistently helpful and personable. He's been a much needed "angel" for me during this time as I am new to Georgia and have already been swindled by a mechanic at Meineke Austell location. Ladies beware!!!-- stay away from that Meineke location. See Mike at Meineke in Smyrna, Georgia. Store #2910.

Amazing, AMAZING team! Scheduled an appointment and was able to be seen the same day. Very friendly team and they successfully took care of my car issue in less than 30-45 minutes!The customer service I received, you just don’t get that level of attention and service any more especially from auto shops. Very thankful to the team that took care of me and I look forward to coming back for routine maintenance!

Awesome customer service and accommodating. I had made an appointment at the wrong location and the service guy squeezed me in on a booked calendar. Walked to the shops near by thinking it would take a moment because of my error and before I went in the first store they were done!! Awesome ?? ??????

I presented the Meineke crew at South Cobb Dr with quite a challenge leaving the with a car that had not moved in ten years. All I can say is that they delivered!!!Over the course of a week they not only made the repairs but did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress.They were always friendly and courteous. I will definitely call upon this Meineke team should I need services again.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because my experience wasn’t great this time around as it normally is but since I got the review request 3x here goes... Haley needs to work on her customer service and problem solving skills when it comes to the scheduling of vehicles and have a better attitude when a potential and/or paying customer has questions about a service. Have a better attitude or put yourself in a position where you don’t have to interact with customers. Taylor (or Tyler) was very nice and able to answer every question I had about what they inspected on my car and that’s why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1.Service: Oil change
