This was the first place I looked at dresses and it set the bar very high! Katie was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and helped a lot throughout my experience. She was very determined and went above and beyond to make sure I found my perfect dress and we did :) I would recommend my friends and family here. They have beautiful dresses of all different styles and very kind staff.

Shopping is not my favorite thing, but I had so much fun here with Chauncia. I visited 4 different shops when looking for my dress, and my experience here was absolutely the best. I loved that I could browse the gowns myself first, and after getting a sense of what I liked, Chauncia's recommendations were fantastic. She pointed me in the right direction, while encouraging some fun with ideas that I hadn't considered. When it came time to order and pay for the dress, she was very helpful and clear about everything. Working with a shortened timeline before my wedding, she made the effort to ensure that my dress would arrive on time, without additional cost if possible. Upon finding that there was a single gown of my size in-stock, it was ordered immediately to ensure that I would not have to pay an expedited fee for production. To summarize, Magnolia Laine is a lovely shop, with an awesome team and overall experience. Highly recommended!!

Sydney did an AMAZING job of helping me find my dress. She took great care of me by remembering what I like while helping me choose the one! Magnolia bridal is also a beautiful bridal shop, could not recommend enough!!

My experience at Magnolia Laine bridal was amazing. From the very beginning the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Katie was my stylist and she was a sweetheart. There are not enough kind words to describe what a great group of women this bridal store has. She made me and my maids of honor feel right at home. We found the perfect dress and veil for my wedding that I feel 100% confident and beautiful in. She stayed within my price range and pull the most gorgeous dresses for me to try and well as letting us browse for ourselves. I would recommend every girl in the surrounding areas check this place out. You will not be disappointed.

I had the BEST time at Magnolia Laine! Sydney was my stylist and was absolutely wonderful. I had found a dress at another store and one at Magnolia Laine and I was having a hard time deciding between the two. Sydney never made me feel pressured and asked great questions to help me with my decision making. I ended up going home and thinking about it and Sydney made sure to check in during that time. My experience was amazing and I cannot wait to wear my dress!!! ?

My fiancé found Magnolia Laine Bridal Shop and suggested I take a look—I’m so glad he did! From the moment I walked in, the service was tailored just for me. 5 stars for Magnolia Laine! I had the best experience. The store was super cute, had lots of great options, and was very affordable. Leading up to your appointment, they make sure you feel prepared and comfortable. Sydney, the manager, was my stylist, and she was amazing! Even though I only had a vague understanding of what I was looking for, she quickly understood what I liked/disliked and helped me narrow down. She asked great questions to help me eventually get to my top choice, but she wasn’t pushy or overwhelming. It was a fun experience!

Terrible!!!! We are so so disappointed in the customer service we received!!! I have never experienced a retail store that is completely unwilling to help! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!! If there’s a problem with your order too bad they will do nothing to help! Worst customer service ever!!!

This was my first and only shop I went to, and I was so impressed! The shop we so cute and organized and the staff was amazing!! Chawncia helped me find my dream dress....literally. She was very kind and helpful when it came to narrowing it down to the perfect dress. My whole bridal party loved the experience, it was perfect?
