Never again very unprofessional!! Waste of time 0 stars if possible!! Was told I was next and asked to go to the store next door came back they were still working on the person I was after but then said I now have 2 in front of me when I clearly asked!! Don’t go to this hole in the wall.

Came at 6:30 and it’s 7:15 still waiting for pedicure because the First Lady that was supposed to do it got an attitude and went home when I asked her was that the only set of tools she had that she sprinkled some water on after doing the last pedicure. That’s not cleanliness’s nor sanitary. So she said let someone else do it and she got dressed to go home. This is what happens when you go to the local shop vs. my usual spot in Buckhead. Won’t be returning if clean and sanitize offends you.

A nice relaxed place to go. I love the way they do my pedicures. You have to have a sense of humor dealing with the owner. He means no harm.

Called in from New York days before to book an appointment the morning of my mother’s funeral. I asked for a morning appointment Saturday. The lady who picked up the phone asked a man he said 9AM then she laughed and took my name down. I thought nothing of it. It’s now the day of the Funeral and I get there 8:50AM. 9 AM comes no one’s there then 9:30, then 10. I rush around the area to find a place I finally found one that’ll let me do a walk in. Just so disappointed in this place.

went in for an acrylic removal, the man started on me and i politely asked him to switch out the metal drill for the nail file drill because my nail bed was burning from how rough he was and how long he was laying the drill on my nail bed for and he got mad at me and yelled and walked out and got very aggressive over a legitimate concern and some feedback. a toung lady finished with soley the nails drill although it took some convincing on my end for some reason. just awfuk service that grown man should be ashamed of himself

Horrible service! The wife or whomever the lady is that does the pedicure was very rude, drills too deep on the toe nail and too rushed for me. I didn’t like the polish and o boy did the attitude come out. I will never return! Worst pedicure I ever had. My daughter got her toes polished and she was too worried about her turning the chair on rather paying attention to the polish leaking on my toes smh!!! Then told me don’t come early again. Find a different position because this one you are not good at. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!!!!

"Mom " does a great job on my nails! They never break or chip!! I travel a lot and will wait until I return home for her to do my nails! Give them a try, bring a photo of designs to assist with desired style.

It figures that the first time I find a nail salon I actually live in Georgia (been here for 7 years), they get nothing but terrible reviews on yelp.Here's my experience: I stumbled upon this place and met the most incredible nail tech, Jen. She really understood nail health and didn't just try to cover my nails with products like most salons do.Jen was not only professional but also very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She shared some great tips for my upcoming trip to Vietnam and I left feeling confident and ready for my adventure.Mr. Lee, her dad, is quite the character and it seems like his sense of humour is off putting to a lot of people but we joke around in a similar style where I come from, do it didn't bother me.It was important to me to find someone who realized that underneath the acrylic or polygel or polish, people have real nails that should be taken care of. I highly recommend Lovely Nail and especially Jen to anyone looking for expert nail care.Thanks, Jen. I'll definitely be back soon!
