First thing I walked in the door and and was not greeted even though I was seen nor was I asked if I needed any help looking for something. Thought I’d found a spot closer to me that I could find what I wanted but unfortunately I didn’t well I guess I’ll continue shopping at Horsetown.

I called to ask about a size of Wranglers, and they were nice enough to hold it for me until I arrived. They also assisted me with hats and made it easy for a novice like myself to understand. Thanks Laredo Western Wear!

Was hoping for a store to replace the low quality cavenders is now offering. This is a very small store and more appeals to mexican western wear.

If you want to have personal belongings go “missing” while shopping, want to receive racial overtones by the owners/secretary, have your intelligence insulted by a VERY Condescending Rosa E Ramos while being dehumanized and threatened to have police called on you ( weaponized ) for nothing, look no further. Rosa E Ramos will make sure to make you feel less than human and Nancy Ramos will more than likely justify what is being done. My phone became “missing” while shopping here September 15, 2021. Long story short, while shopping at Laredo Western Wear 3209 S Cobb Dr SE h2, Smyrna, GA 30080 (678) 213-2266 My phone went missing, after searching for over an hour, I called for a police report, police searched premises, phone was not found, Rosa E Ramos agreed to allow me to see the cameras but I had to drive to their Laredo Western Wear 4166 Buford Hwy NE # F4, Atlanta, GA 30345 (404) 634-1705 This drive is 28 minutes with no traffic but that day it was raining and a lot of traffic, easily an hour plus drive. Once I arrive my phone magically appeared in the Smyrna location and I am no longer allowed to see the cameras, and the picture I was shown for about 10 seconds looked staged, I tried taking a picture and was denied (because she must have KNOWN it was staged) and insulted because “if I was an intelligent person I would have “Find My IPhone” activated. After the first round of insultS and the story changing a couple of times I stepped outside and started recording. If you listen Rosa E Ramos even admitted @2:30 “oh your phone was stolen, they gave it back go on and get it” In the other video that I took at Laredo Western Wear 3209 S Cobb Dr SE h2, Smyrna, GA 30080 (678) 213-2266 I was able to capture proof of the staged photo. After sharing my story with others come to find out I am not the first but hopefully I’ll be the last to experience this #horrible treatment from these “business owners” (everyone else is TOO afraid to speak up) I have given enough time for the company to reach out but they have ignored and mocked me.
