I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Chasare Simpkins at this location. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a horrible, nasty attitude that made me feel unwelcome. I’m not sure if the wig was too tight, but her demeanor was downright disgusting.
When I returned at 1:30 like she instructed me too earlier , her attitude was even worse. It felt like I couldn't even ask her questions without being met with disdain.Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had Regina as my lab tech. She performed my blood draw with efficiency and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend going here if you need labs drawn at a Labcorp.

Truly seamless. Everyone was pleasant and I got bloodwork done in 14 minutes. I considered not posting this and just keeping this gem to myself but alas here we are.

The professionalism and customer service is terrible. I hate that I have to say this about a team of black women. I called this location as soon as they opened to see availability for an employment drug screening. This location wasn’t available on Labcorp. I was rudely told that I could not schedule over the phone. I’m confused because they aren’t available on the site. I ask if I can come in and schedule. I was told I could. I drive to the location and I’m not able to schedule. I then ask if I could wait since I was already checked and how long the wait would be. She tells me she doesn’t know and it just depends. So I’m like you don’t know how many people you have in front of me to give me an estimate. She said she has 1 person ahead of me. I let her know how rude she’s been and she (Veronica) closes the door in my face mid convo. I found out her name through her supervisor because when I asked (Veronica) she closed the door in my face a second time. Headed to a different location to get serviced. Will be taking further steps in this situation at this location.

One star is generous. Checked in at 1114 on sat there until 1215 while she took all the people who checked in after me. When I asked about it she shrugged her shoulders and said she went in order. lol clearly not! Never got my labs

Had a 3:45 pm lab appointment for my son. I went to the wrong location, totally my fault. I hustled across Atlanta traffic and checked him in at 4:20 PM. They close at 4:30 PM. Evidently that closing time doesn't matter. The lab technician informed me she had already closed down for the day and would not be able to take my son. I understand I was late for my appointment, but Lord knows that I am historically on time for doctor's appointments, including Labcorp, and it is certainly not uncommon for me to have to wait at least 30 minutes until being seen. Very disappointing service. If you can, use another location.

REGINA is the bomb!? She was able to get my blood on the first try which is a HUGE accomplishment with my tiny baby veins! Most doctors can't even draw my blood. The whole reason why I had to come to LabCorp today! She is amazing & deserves so much praise for what most would think is a simple task... Not when you were born with tiny superficial veins like myself! She was working all by herself too, nobody to help her at all! She definitely deserves a raise. I was grateful God lead me to her today ? REGINA IS AN ANGEL ? I will always come back to LabCorp inside Walgreens if I ever need more blood taken before I ever get used as a pin cushion for hours again. Regina is my new Go-to for blood work! I can't thank her enough... THANK YOU, REGINA!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arrived at 830 and checked in. It was only one person ahead of me, a man. He was then called back. A lady then walked up and checked in and was immediately called back. I was confused so I read the sign again. It stated that drug screens started at 9am. So I’m thinking ok, maybe that’s why the lady was pulled before me. 8:51 comes and another woman walks up and checks in. To my surprise she’s called back before she could sit down. 9:02 comes around and I leave because I have to take my daughter to school. So after I dropped my daughter off I returned with my 2 year old (does not attend daycare) I’m called back about 10 mins after checking in. I get inside with my son and the young African American girl already has an attitude. I sit down and my son is climbing on me. Before I can sit him down. She rudely says “He’s gonna have to sit down, he can’t be moving all around!” I’m confused because I was in the middle of sitting him down. I said “I’m gonna sit him down, I came earlier but no one called me back and I sat out there for 30 mins while 2 people were pulled before me.” The older Black lady basically called me a liar and stated she called my name. If you did, why would I have left, knowing I would have to return with my toddler??They had No empathy regarding that I had a toddler with me..it was obvious I had no child care. Which is the reason I came earlier without him. But of course 2 people were pulled ahead of me. As a travel nurse I take drug screens and lab test every 3 months depending on the agency. I will make sure that I never return to that location and if a fellow coworker of mine asks, I will recommend another location. Super annoyed with the service I received today. They turned a bad day into a horrible day. Black woman to another Black woman, do better with your attitude!

I came around 4pm for to the lab. The people insider, just ignore me and another lady outside. After 30 minutes wait, they told, we are closed. And this time, no paciente on site. And we could hear outside, the employees talking and laughing.

They are open! The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes with an appointment (I arrived a little early too).
