I hate that this Kroger is the only option available in my area nearby m. I never have a decent experience. The customer service is not good. The staff is weird. The parking is terrible. I hate that they shut down the one on Cobb Parkway please shut this one down as well and rebuild somewhere else with better staff.

This Kroger has gotten absolutely horrible in the last three years.
Poor looking produce, shelves rarely restocked during peak hours, shopping carts never available inside the storesNo cash registers open ever. Not even on a Saturday morning . The self checkout line was just 10+people long . I decided to leave my cart and just walk out with no groceries

This Kroger Is so ghetto and dirty. Items marked wrong, with the PICTURE of the price tag they won’t change the price!!!! Why does Custer service close at 9pm?! So hood!!

I do not suggest going to this Kroger. I was doing some grocery shopping, but I started to feel sick. I grabbed some bags just in case I needed to vomit and couldn’t make it to the restroom. I y partner and I were greeted by the rudest attitude from the woman in this picture. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

You can’t get a refund for a money order that wasn’t used so why would you sell them if you cannot rectify issues with them and give a refund if not used. No help whatsoever.

I come here a lot but on 1/11 I asked 3 people for help on looking for an item and nobody showed any sort of customer service or even tried to help me look. I may have to switch to Publix.

Worst Kroger ever. Needs to be torn down & replaced with a Publix and better associates. The Customer service here is HORRIBLE. They don’t have any phone etiquette. They speak in a tone that shows they clearly hate their job!!

Dump. Do yourself a favor and bypass this one. There’s stuff everywhere, full carts sitting in aisles that staff hasn’t stocked and it makes it hard for just two people to shop in an aisle, staff only occupy two registers while others are walking around, and the produce is awful.

Whoever the person is working customer service with the horrible attitude and no kind of uniform or identification (I think someone called her Marcy) needs a serious attitude adjustment or a new job somewhere else! Why does Kroger allow this kind of nonsense?! I’m a regular customer and I’ve never seen her there and for the most part the employees are pretty helpful and somewhat professional so getting an attitude from someone working customer service was ridiculous. That lady obviously hates her job or hates people and has no business working in a customer service capacity. She makes “KROGER” look bad!

This store needs a complete rehaul. The produce is typically gross, the meat looks gross, store is messy. But the store stays busy which usually results in a long self checkout line. This store needs a lot of help.

I was instacarting this morning. I’ve done instacart at this location a couple of times before and it ALWAYS the same experience. TERRIBLE! There are never any cashiers so I have to scan items and Self check out. This morning my order was $555.00! After shopping for a total of a hour and half, I then had to scan and bag all items. It was a struggle. I asked the young lady that just stood there and watched if someone could check me out she said no and just continue to watch me check out. She offered no assistance in getting me a second cart. She did nothing! She just watched. I DO NOT WORK FOR KROGER! This is poor customer service! They need more cashiers in the morning. At least one! And the person at self check out should be of more help other than just standing there watching you struggle. I will never come back to this store!I was in the store for a total of 2 hours!

5 stars for Ms. Ruth! The sweetest lady who treated my little girl like a Princess. This lady deserves a raise!
The store is okay, I think they are still in the renovation process since there is blank signage throughout & pallets blocking aisles. The meat selection is not great. Today most of the packaged lettuce was pink and turning bad. Overall, they have the necessities and it’s slightly more affordable than Publix.
