I hate leaving bad reviews, but Kroger, our community deserves BETTER!
Noticed a "Re-Opening" and went in for weekly groceries. Aside from louder music and some new signs, it was literally the same Kroger.
Overwhelmed workers, less open cash registers, less open self-checkouts.
Hire more people, pay them better. I'm taking my business to Walmart. I'm hoping y'all do better.

I recently visited this store on June 1, 2024, and encountered an issue with the Doritos Mix and Match deal. Despite the cashier being willing to honor the promotion, the manager refused, causing an unnecessary inconvenience. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and adherence to advertised deals. I wonder if she would have honored this to a white person!!!!!

Rarely do I ever find someone in the deli, without waiting for 10 minutes to track someone down.
I moved near this store a year ago, and I’ve so many bad experiences. Most of the employees are rude and never smile. However, I’m sure that’s do to the manager staff. Just last night I witnessed a guy who had just started telling a woman that had been there 5 yrs, that she had “no passion” in her job. Her response was, “but, I’ve been here 5 years”.
Kroger Corporate should be embarrassed!!!

Self checkout ran up the wrong price ($2 more than the label) and the guy had me wait for him to go check (I was right) instead of just honoring the actual price… yall really need that $2 huh

Worst and first experience at this location the cashier Dustin was rude and not helpful at all management wasn't available to talk to Joann the front end supervisor did nothing to the cashier no apologies was given the crazy part i offered to help clean up the respond i received was rudely said to me when i spent iver $500 in there the clean up was placed on others while Dustin sat there looking

Delivery drivers drive perpendicular to the flow of traffic to enter and exit Kroger shopping entrance. This morning they did so cutting off and then blocking all three lanes of traffic during morning rush hour. It’s reckless driving and impeding the flow of traffic for everyone else.

The store has a wide variety of products making it easy to shop for groceries and other house hold items such as cleaning supplies. However, the layout is very congested.

I went to this Kroger self checkout there was no one there to help a lot of self checkout machines was left with orders on them because no one was there to void items I'd rather go across the street to Food Depot

I’m very frustrated. I placed a pick up order yesterday (3/15) and found when I got home they had given me a milk that was damaged. What’s worse though is that today on 3/16 I take out the package of fish to cook for my family and the package has already been opened and was TAPED over. That is very unsettling and it is enough for me not to trust this Kroger again.

The online pickup and delivery is absolutely horrible. Every single time I order for delivery there’s something missing from my order. They say there’s things out of stock and never refunded me for those items! Although I paid for a rush delivery. It took 3.5 hours for my delivery for 10 items & from this store which is 3 minutes down the street! When ordering online they never notify you when your order is ready. I will no longer shop here.. Ridiculous.

This Kroger is terrible. There is constantly rotten produce and today I opened this snack pack (purchased within the past 2 weeks), which I usually feed to my daughter, and found that the expiration date was JULY 2023 - 6 MONTHS BEFORE I PURCHASED IT. Never did I think I would need to check expiration dates at a grocery store in this manner. Hope I don't get sick.
