Always long lines, only have the registers are open at any given time. Corporation can’t adequately staff the store in an effort to save money on labor

One of the best Kroger's I've ever been too. Awesome selections

Awful service. 45+ minute delay to get pickup order to my car. Only after a 20 minute conversation (half of which was on hold), did we finally start to get answers. The entire premise of a pickup order is to have it ready to go when you get there. Not to mention it was placed hours in advance so it’s not like this snuck up on anyone.

Got there at 645am.. no inventory, barely had anything I needed. It smelled like rotten meat, I had to walk over moldy wet paper towels on the floor by the meat cooler. No one to help ring up or bag food at registers, staff just standing around looking (mind you I’m 9 months pregnant.) Very unsanitary, lazy and overall disappointing location.

Go to another nearby Kroger, this place is always busy. Trying to find parking is a nightmare. Lines are always long.

I just want to thank Brieahna and commend her customer service. She would sometimes help me at the customer service counter- I come every week for the past year. But today she went above and beyond went she didn’t have to. I really appreciate it, she saved me a trip from going home and back.
I don’t want to forget Consuela either. That’s my usual person who’s also terrific, and pleasant and swift!

Worst experience of me life! The deli clerk EARL refused to cut my deli meat thinly as I requested. He became hostile and even invited me to "cut the meat yourself." How does Kroger get away with employing people like this?!

Self checkout is always down and had 1 cashier working. Over 30 people in line. I set my items on the floor and walked out

Three times today I tried to buy a steak from the meat counter. The first time I waited 10 minutes. No one ever offered to help me. I finished my shopping and went back to the meat counter. Still no one helped me. Now understand in trying to bus a fillet at 19.99 a pound. I left to go do other things. At 7 pm I went went back because I really wanted a good steak. The meat counter is scheduled to be open till 8 pm. It was closed. No help to be had. No one around. This is a really crappy store. If it wasn't less than one mile from my house I would BennettBennett

I was here for one item, and they closed early. Store is open to 11 PM, but closes at 10:45 PM. Waste of my time.

Worst store for delivery. They're late and there is no communication about why they are late, how much longer they'll be, or what happened in general.
I am angry I spent a delivery fee for a specific time and they couldn't even bother to honor the time. What's the point of appointments if you're not going to keep them?
We'll see if my delivery comes in full or not. Trust that I'll be back to update about this.
Update: They DESTROYED my bread with how squished it is. Half of it isn't even usable anymore because of how squished it is.
BEWARE OF DELIVERY. We needed it because our household was sick, but next time I'm just venturing out with a mask and a prayer.

Always have low inventory on staple products. How is there never any fresh herbs? How’s there never any cabbage why are y’all out of rice and peppers often? Who is running this store?
Also, cashiers are slow, attitude-heavy, and just irritating overall.
Lastly, the produce (when they are in stock) are OFTEN ROTTEN on the insides. Got this white onion and green bell pepper yesterday, and this was the condition less than 24 hours later. Better off going to Nam Dae Mun. Cheaper pricing, higher quality produce, and diverse inventory.

So, what makes you think we want deals on spoiled chicken, meat, fruits, and vegetables? Would you buy it, eat it, or even feed it to your children or family? So why the hell do you think we want to? I’m seriously trying to find a store that actually cares about the people, because this is ridiculous. And don't even get me started on them claiming to have fresh meat and seafood when they're just pulling it off the floor, removing it from a bag, and thawing it out. It's insane!
