This is the 3rd time that I go to this pharmacy looking for syringes and this time I left after standing there for a few moments because the Asian pharmacist is always on the phone talking rude to customers. With that attitude I decided to leave because she was rude to me in the past. I didn’t want to deal with her nastiness again.

While I have mixed feelings about this Kroger in general, I love the pharmacy. They really seem to care in the old-school pharmacy way, intelligently and genuinely. Unlike many pharmacies in this area that just feel like vendors, in my experience you can rely on this staff to pay attention to you and care for you reliably. I’ve seen this play out with other patrons in line ahead of me as well, which I fully appreciate.

I have had a great experience with the Kroger South Cobb Drive Pharmacy. Kieu is always prompt in answering my questions. She is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Her attitude is always positive. She has excellent communication skills. She is awesome! I highly recommend this location.

They have gotten better overtime and I understand it’s a huge pharmacy for the area, I just wish they had better communication. Sometimes I call in and have a great experience, other times I call in and it sounds like it’s the persons first day. I constantly get different answers about when to call in to refill my prescription (because it’s a “rare” medication they have to special order), I do exactly what they tell me to do, then go to pick up and it’s not been ordered or they don’t have enough.The staff is kind, I would just appreciate more consistency and communication.

This pharmacy is terrible. Twice now I have called ahead to ask if my prescription was ready and the was that it was and then I arrived to pick it up, they said it was not.

Such a weird store! Sure they have everything but workers are rude with no effort to be helpful. Not our preferred shopping.

I have been a patron of this location for years now. I rarely review, but tonight, my hand has been forced. Between Maggie & all of the pharmacy team, NO words can adequately suffice, so I shall simply say.... these are the kindest, most EPIC, human heroes! The largest Kroger in the immediate area but it isn't the best. The produce sometimes isn't the best, they can be out of stock very often with a lot of products that you need. The parking lot is large and they have a gas station at this location.

This is the only grocery store I will go to. Everything is always fresh and everything is always up to date with expiration dates thrown out. The staff is always so friendly and always ready to help

I always liked this Kroger location when I used to live a bit down the road, even though it wasn't my usual Kroger of choice, since I also had a location that was actually much closer and more convenient to my house. Anyway... This Kroger location was always well lit and clean and I swear that it's MUCH bigger than a host of other Kroger locations across the counrty and definitely in the Metro Area, which subsequently means, that their offerings are a bit more expansive. It has a huge parking lot, but it's ALWAYS "On Tilt", as if they're giving away free food (Which they are NOT!!) As a general rule I loathe shopping, but since it's a "must" and I also prefer to do it myself, if I'm in the area and in need, I'll definitely step in.

This pharmacy is great. I used to use CVS but could never get anyone to pick up the phone and constantly had to wait or was told they were out of certain medications. I don't have those issues here and I get fuel points for prescriptions for being a Kroger plus member. No complaints. Staff is always accomedating.

Constantly have issues with grocery delivery. Items will be missing but we'll still be charged for them etc.

I got turned away from getting my covid 19 shot. There was no line & 6 to 7 employee's working in there. I got both first shots no problems there just walking up during last year. Not sure what this places problem is now but I'm sure there just throwing the shots in the trash when there are people who need them. The government should find a honest partner to handle the responsibility of disrabution if they don't want to be bothered . Not everyone has access to computers & it is a declared health emergency in this country..
