About 8 months ago I bought some sofas and today I want to change them because they became very ugly in such a short time so I called and they told me if I could change them. Yesterday when I went to the store there were two girls and my husband told them that we were coming to change it and they said no that you could not change or return but they are not at all kind, I want to think that this store treats you the same you are from here Mexican etc. Very bad attitude

Horrible service from this one lady who switched out a item we gave her to buy and she switched it out for a misspelled one, than when we noticed it, we came back and returned it and ask for the one that got switched, and she said someone else was buying it, overall, never coming again.

I liked the store and the merchandise but I had an issue with an item ringing up wrong and no one seemed to know what to do. I was eventually refunded. But later on I realized the item was 2 for 1 price but had I not caught the error on my receipt I would have paid more than double for the item. Always check your receipt!!!

I came in one evening with family, the two ladies working were EXTREMELY RUDE. not helpful at all and we had to ask multiple times where some things were. Overall bad experience and we will not be returning.
