They lie to their customers bought a camera online from them they never checked to see it was converted for full spectrum photography.( Camera does not take pictures normally) Called them up they said it would have to be sent in to be fixed. After calling a company who does conversions they said did that very conversion themselves it costs about 300 dollars and there is no fixing that. More and likely they were trying to cover up a mistake they made and relist at a hire price. When I called and spoke to someone on the phone they said they were the highest level manager. Wanted to know why I was being lied. Guess what when I asked to speak to someone higher than them they said they were. When I asked the next person if he was a higher up he said yes. So I was lied too not once but twice by someone at this company. Atleast I got a fancier camera out of there mistake tho.

Never received my package & are still fighting with them regarding this. Please don’t online shop with these people. They don’t care for the customers or your money. Beware.

Glad they accept mail-in trade from Canada. The whole transaction is smooth and estimate is accurate and honest. Now I know where I can send in my camera for upgrades. Highly recommended!

k&h gives you low prices and sell the equipment at much higher prices----I will not sell them my equipment-it's a rip off-example Nikon d5100 they would give me only $78.00 and sell for 148-228 and the camera and hood and caps covered this camera-great shape-----no thanks I will keep it myself.....................

Just received my Canon 5D Mark III from KEH. Delivered as promised and since I am a fan of the 5D Mark III, I knew it would be used. Honestly the camera looks brand new. Excellent shape, and works beautifully. Could not be happier. Give them your business, but don't buy the 5D Mark III's - SAVE THEM FOR ME:) I will be shopping here again soon!
I would like to add that I tried selling a really nice f/2.8 24-70mm RF lens to them, but felt the offer of $350 was really low ball - I ended up selling it to a local store here for $1,200. I won't sell used to them, but will continue to buy (See above). I have since purchased a Canon R5 and a 24-105mm RF and a 14-35mm RF

I've had good experiences in the past, but today I have a bad taste in my mouth about KEH and I'm unlikely to purchase again. I ordered the Sony RX100 VII, and received entirely the wrong camera, the RX100 II.
I'm on a tight timetable because I plan to travel with this camera internationally next week. I called customer service, who gave me the option of paying an *additional* $124 because the RX100 VII they had in stock had a higher condition rating than the one I ordered ("Like New Minus" compared to "Excellent"). It's in poor taste to ask me to pay an additional $124 and wait another week due to their mistake. I took a refund instead.
Considering my inconvenience and loss of time, I think it's reasonable to say they should have accepted the minor loss and sent the correct item for what I originally paid. They lost a $1300 sale and left a customer floundering. Unimpressed.

Used International shipping with broken-weak-signal communication to KEH. Was very unhappy, but all issues are with customs and duties. In fact, the KEH FAQ perfectly explains what may be expected. For their part, and for Fed Ex, this was a perfect transaction. Very satisfied with KEH. Item was perfect, as described.

KEH has lost a local customer. Staff unwilling to help someone in the showroom to resolve an issue with a camera (under warranty) and pick an order while in person is unacceptable. It’s too easy to use Amazon and MPB for them to treat customers like their business isn’t important.
Also worth mentioning I have purchased the majority of my equipment from KEH.
