Terrible experience. I will never go back! I brought my daughter in for a kids gel manicure and pedicure. The technician overfilled her nails and cuticles and my daughter was complaining after and in pain. There was a cut whew her nailed and skin met from the e-file. The technician was also rude and proceeded to tell me why pedicures are a waste of money for kids and she should've gotten a polish change instead.

Won’t be coming back here. & honestly I should’ve listened to my natural intuition & waited until my HOME nail place opened. But I decided to give these ppl a chance. Never again. I specifically asked if they could correct my pinky toe nail because it’s VERY small and I got gel…I ALWAYS get gel & every other tech usually knows just to put it on the nail but the lady proceeded to try to “make it look bigger” so she put more nail/gel polish that should’ve been used…& after I politely asked for them to correct it, the guy said they couldn’t because “the customers in the past complained” ummm sir IM ASKING YOU TO DO IT…!?!? I told him okay…but the nail/polish is going to come off…I always get gel on my toes so I KNOW how it works…mind you I got my nails & toes done YESTERDAY. The pinky toe nail came off today like I said. Very frustrating. Also, Ben (I think that was his name) did my nails & I requested for him to do a double coat on my FRENCH TIP design which he proceeded to say no and laugh it off and say it wouldn’t look as good…mind you again, I get my nails done on the regular, EVERYONE does a double coat. And the bottom tan coat is very uneven. (See pics) This place is trash. Will never recommend and always speak of my bad experience ??♀️??♀️??♀️ they better be glad I’m not going to the bank bc honestly that’s what they deserve. I paid $100!!!!!! IT WAS NEVER WORTH THAT MUCH! P.S. it seems like they make up the pricing for every customer in my opinion. Yall are dead to me.

I did not have an appointment so I walked in today for a full set & got a warm welcome from Karen. Her personality was the best & although she had other things she was handling, she was very attentive. Her work was super efficient & very clean. While getting my nails done, I asked about her fixing my eyebrows because I has gone somewhere else the day before to get them done & they did an AWFUL job. Karen told me that she could fix them & also told me about other services that she offered & showed me photos on her social media which were impressive! I will absolutely be back to see Karen but won't be doing a walk-in though. She informed me that she was appointment only. I definitely lucked up by getting her today!

I loved this place, I was a first time guest and I was a walk in client I was surprised about how I was leaving less than an hour. I came on a Saturday around 9 in the morning and as soon as I walked in they attended me. Karen did my nails and I loved them she is able to do any design you want she is able to do it no stickers she does it herself. I loved Karen If you go ask for Karen. This place doesn't disappoint you. However the prices are a little high I payed $75 for a full set, but I did think it was worth it because of how they treated me and she got the shape just right normally other places mess up the shape but she got the square shape just perfect. I would recommend going.

I love K Nails! I’ve been a client of Karen’s for many years. Not only is she the salon’s fabulous owner, she’s someone that I’m lucky to call a dear friend. In addition to Karen, I can’t say enough good things about Jeanette & Kim! Between the three of them, you can’t possibly go wrong ??

K nails is by far the best nail shop and Karen can do any design that is shown to her and make changes as necessary.
