I researched so many salons when I found Jade. Japanese thermal straightening isn’t the most common treatment and it’s hard to find a salon that actually performs them regularly and well. Everyone is so educated and knowledgeable and I really appreciate the authenticity. I wasn’t pressured to change my whole product routine and they even explained that less is more. I would trust this salon with any service moving forward.

Stop looking at other places and second guessing your decision! Jade salon should be your pick whether you are in the area and/or looking to come in from out of town to do this straighten! Baldem and his team did and amazing job on my hair.
This was the 1st time someone actually explained things about your hair that makes sense and they definitely don't force you to buy anything extra. This trip was definitely worth my trip because my hair feels wonderful after so long.
Their salon is cute and very clean. They were professional, and were very accommodating. I can not wait to come back to visit again. Thank you again.

Jade salon is absolutely the best salon! Not only are they the most welcoming and friendly salon, they are also experts in what they do! When you go in for any treatment, they first check your hair health and discuss what you want. They are not trying to sell you on anything. They truly care about the health of your hair. I have been going there for about 3 years and have loved everything I have had done. Jade has helped my hair lighten without the use of bleach (healthier for my hair) and also make sure that I am happy with the result. She really listens to her clients, and wants them to be completely satisfied with the result. When I get a Japanese straightening treatment or the Brazilian smoothing treatment I go to her husband. He is an expert in these treatments and also cares about the health of the hair. He doesn’t try to sell you on it, and he is honest about which treatment will be better for what your desired results are. They do such a beautiful job! I won’t go anywhere else for my hair.

Jade has been cutting my hair for years and does an amazing job every time. I have extremely fine type 1A hair and it’s tough to find a stylist as talented and consistent as Jade! The salon is warm and welcoming and it’s always easy to schedule an appointment. If I could give Jade Salon more than five stars, I would!

I visited Jade Salon for a Japanese hair treatment, and it was an amazing experience. The salon’s vibe was so welcoming, but the best part was how the owner personally took care of my hair. He was super knowledgeable, explaining everything and really paid attention to what my hair needed. My hair turned out silky and shiny, completely transformed. It’s not just about the treatment; it’s the personal touch and care from the owner that made it special.

I went there to get Japanese Thermo Hair Straightening yesterday and I would 100% recommend everyone to see them. The owners and staff are very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced. They are really gentle with my hair. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. My hair look silky smooth and I am in love. The price is very reasonable too. Definitely coming back for other services. Easy to make an appointment.

I live in Kansas, and my sister who lives in Georgia recommended the Japanese thermal relaxing hair straightening done for the first time, and I simply loved it. My hair has not looked as healthy in such a long time, Despite all the hair coloring, I’ve done, My hair is now so soft and healthy and no frizz. I highly recommend Baldem of Jade Salon of Atlanta. He did such an amazing job!

I went here to get the Japanese permanent hair straightening. I had a good experience at the salon and my hair looked great when I left. However, since they flat ironed my hair a second time after the treatment was washed out, I knew I would only get to see the actual results after I waited the three days and washed my hair with the sample products I was given. After doing so, my hair is puffy, not straight, and frizzy. Not at all like how it’s supposed to look, and now it’s permanent.
I should add that I saw the owner response, but I was told it wouldn't be damaging at all to get it done again, and I personally don't think that's true considering my hair seems to have experienced some damage from even getting the treatment the first time.

My daughter got her Japanese relaxer here and her hair is thriving! They were professional, fast, but took time to explain the maintenance and upkeep of her hair. It’s far silkier and free flowing than I’ve ever seen with traditional relaxers on 4C hair! And the trim was pristine!
We went back a few days ago for a color consultation with Jade, and as always, they considered the health of the hair first.
I’m glad to call this place home for my daughter’s hair needs!
