No one was in the office at 4pm. We are not permitted to make an appointment in person. Which is crazy considering you can't make one online and no one answers the phone.

The lady who handled my case gave me wrong information. I tried fixing my address with her while I was there since it was getting sent to my old address she informed me that since it was my first filing that she wasn’t able to put it in the system but they would FORWARD MY MAIL TO MY NEW ADDRESS since I had the post office change my address……. They sent my refund check back because she didn’t want to take the time to fix my address while I was in her face. SMYRNA, GA LOCATION

I filed my taxes in May. It’s been well over 2 months and my status in the IRS app says “still being processed”. Haven’t received any Stimulus’s.. Like this if you’re currently experiencing the same issue with the IRS.

They are so nice! I got a letter to verify my identity, set up an a appointment, showed up and was in and out within 30 min. I noticed a lot of people coming in without an appointment, YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT! They will not see you.

You can never get a real human being on the phone. Once you think your getting somewhere the menu just starts you over again. I want to know where my refund is since it has been over 30 days since I received my acceptance email for my federal return. This is ridiculous! Get it together and do your job!

I filed my taxes in Feb and I still have not received a refund nor any stimulus. The representatives are so very rude and each time I call to check there is another reason for an 11 week delay. I don’t understand how these representatives keep their jobs or how the stimulus is suppose to help those who need it if they can not get it.
