Prepaid and provided ID and cc when I checked in @ pm. My hotel phone started ringing after midnight. After the 4th round of calls I picked up and the front desk. He said he made a mistake on my room and if I wanted the same room and the same rate I needed to come down immediately and re-run my cc for room charges? Completely unacceptable, I checked out and went to the Hilton who has better business practices. Who does that, especially after midnight when the room is paid for.

Check in was easy.Staff was friendly, Ashley was very helpful & made sure our stay was enjoyable. Rooms are clean. Would return again.

Night front desk manager, Ashley Harris was very accommodating and friendly. She deserves a raise for top-tier customer service!Suggestion: I understand you all are in the middle of a renovation. One suggestion, solid flooring in the rooms would be best for customers with allergies and lungs issues. No carpet!Rooms: Suggestion: I understand you all are in the middle of a renovation. First thing we checked in late around 11pm and Ashley was a gem. Check in was effortless and she gave us all the information we needed for our stay. She was willing to answer all our questions and she was pleasant the entire time. Hyatt has a partner in Ashley. Our room had strong fragrant smell and she was willing to change us. Our stay at this Hyatt was very pleasant and comfortable.Rooms: Clean and comfortable

Nat and Jo were awesome! I was working on the internet at the site and had the pleasure of working with them as well as other amazing staff. The 3 managers were very helpful and the engineering staff was hard working, but none were quite as crucial to the success of the project on a day to day basis as Nat and Jo, the front desk staff. Kudos.

Very nice room and very spacious. It was clean and smelt very well. I was surprised at how nice the room was but my only complaint is they allow animals and we had a neighborh with annoying dog who would bark randomly in the middle of the night and early morning. Other than that no complaints and would stay again. Walking distance from braves stadium is why we chose this hotel.

Terrible!!!!!!!! Customer service the night of 11/5/2023 as of 10:20pm. Main person on site had a nasty attitude, rolled eyes numerous times at multiple guest. Refused to provide policy information once asked. When asked for a manager I was told he was the closest thing to supervisor on duty. If you are his higher up this is not somebody that you would want representing your brand at the front and center of your relations with guest. He has a bald head on the sides with a emo bang in the front also wears glasses. Not sure if his name but he is not the nicest face to come in to after a long days travel. But my room was clean and I did have a good nights rest. I just hate that the guy at the front desk had hatful energy.

It’s really nice and quiet considering you’re next to the mall and Ashley at the front is literally the sweetest during checkout made me and my boyfriend feel comfortable during our stay! Definitely recommend!

Really nice and quiet, next to alot of places around it. Ashley at the front was very helpful and nice answered all of our questions and made sure everything we needed was done, definitely would come back.

I was traveling for business and there was an issue with my reservation due to someone else booking on my behalf. Both Joanna and Ashley were INCREDIBLE in helping me get my reservation reinstated. They were also extremely helpful when it came to restaurant recommendations, walking directions, etc. The hotel itself was perfectly fine, but Joanna and Ashley made the stay that much better!

Recently stayed here on a business trip and the experience was great. From the clean rooms to the friendly staff, especially Ashley at the front desk, it’s safe to say I will definitely be staying here again.

When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by Nat and Joc. They were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. They made the check in quick and easy. They were the best!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Our stay was fine. Many of the employees were lovely. But....We had a billing issue that the management refused to take seriously. After trying to work it out w them, I contacted Hyatt corporate management who resolved it as soon as possible. But the fact that they significantly overcharged and that the manager refused to look into the billing error was so disturbing that we have never stayed in a Hyatt since. My hope is that manager was fired or given better training. But if that's not the case, I'd strongly recommend staying away from the hotel.
