0/10!! I do not recommend this place! I made reservations for a rental car on Monday, March 18th to be picked up on Thursday evening. I arrived at this location just for the guys to tell me they had no cars available!!! I did not receive a phone call (the guy claimed he called but I didn’t have ANY missed calls from them), voicemail, or email stating that it wouldn’t be any cars available!! The sales guys, didn’t even apologize or anything. The white guy just stood there talking about “well tomorrow we’ll have 29 cars in and tomorrow that”… no remorse, no reimbursement for my Uber ride or anything!!!! TRUST THE REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!!

They never answer the phone. They also never have a car ready. A reservation means nothing here and staff just confirmed that to me.

The Hertz team took care of me. I had to rent a car because my car was in the shop. With very short notice Khaaliq was able to put me in a vehicle within no time. This is an awesome team and I will be back I appreciate their service.

I recently rented a care from them and the costumer service was amazing. The car was clean and a gas saver. No issues at all I would definitely recommend renting from this location.

This HLE does not offer pickup or drop off service as Hertz promises for these types of locations. This should not be considered a HLE if it's not going to offer the services advertised.

My husband and I reserved a car online, our reservation was confirmed, and when we got there they had no cars for us. Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business. Definitely steer clear.

The owner and his service desk member were took a bad situation that wasn't their fault at all and turned it around for me. Saved not only my bad rental experience, but also probably a larger issue overall with Hertz. Thanks guys!

The lady that was there yesterday by herself needs to do better I've been booked my reservations I pre-paid and use my credit card online now my reservation was for 1230 but I showed up a little early like at 10:30. She asked me do I have a reservation I gave her my information she looked me up she said oh you're all good but can you please come back at 12:30? Everything will be ready for you I said OK no problem I reservations for that anyway, I just thought that I would come early to make sure that everything was good and sit in ready and that you guys had a car she said yes we do you're good. I saw the Impala parked up before I drove off came back at 12:30 and she started pacing the room panicking then she's like we hold on. She went to the back Mira call came back and she's like oh we don't have any cars right now. I don't know when my manager is gonna be in, so I can't even go get you one. It pissed me off because when I went to the other location in Lawrenceville, the lady told me that that was poor customer service and poor business because you guys know when you come in you see who made reservations and you should be able to know what's your inventory like and if you know you don't have enough when people book go ahead and make a call to them informing them that you don't have rental she made me waste the entire day. I called all day yesterday she told me come back in the afternoon I said I'm gonna come back at 2:30. She said perfect. Nobody called nobody answer the phone because I didn't wanna drive the next 45 nobody answer the phone. I think they had called Lady so they kept see my number and they just refuse to answer I will never use this location again, but the one in Lawrenceville was over the top. It literally took me five minutes the whole process I think it was even less than that.

Horrible experience. Having a reservation here means nothing. They may or may not have cars to give you regardless. I had a reservation for a one-way vehicle to drop off at the airport and after waiting in line over 20 minutes, they tell me they do have cars but can't rent them to me because those are "their cars", only to be rented for round trips. Instead of figuring out a way to help us, they just offered us the number for another Hertz location to see if they could give us a car. So now we are having to find transportation to that other location and might not get on time to the airport as planned.

Worst place to get a rental , had a reservation through eExpediawhen we showed up to pick upthey did not have a car available for us , we had to wait for them to get it ready about 45 minutes .Was offer insurance and of course we said yes , we didn’t want toUser our car insurance so next thing you know we got charged from Hertz for is insurance and fromExpedia as well , when I contacted Expedia they told me that they shouldHave never offer me insurance because it was already added on the reservation.I was advice to call and get a refund but when I called a women answer the phone very rude , I ask to speak to management and she said ok and left me on hold for about 30 minutes until I hung up. Totally unprofessionalWould never come back to this place and would not recommend it to anyone one

This was really a poor experience. They were late to open, and then made a remark to insinuate that it was funny (and frustrating) that people were waiting at the door. We already had a reservation, so the process should have taken all of 5 minutes, but they were in no hurry. They ignored us to spend time talking and laughing up this and that with another customer, whom I am guessing they already knew. The vehicle had a huge stain in it and a gross odor. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned. Would suggest you try a different Hertz nearby if you can.

This location is close by my home and used to have a great staff. I needed to cancel a reservation today called the location, the young lady with the BIG butterfly eyelashes answered. I told her what I needed she said call the 800 number and hung up on me. Now I’m mad, because I’m dealing with a family emergency and this rude employee has the audacity to hang up on me. I looked for 800 number, got frustrated and called back to this location. When the lady answered I told her how rude it was for her to have hung up on me, and if she did it again, I would see them in person to handle the matter. She then proceeds to over talk me while I’m speaking and ask abt the reservation and rudely tells me that I need to call hertz b/c it was an online reservation and they can’t cancel it. I told her that’s all you had to say the first time and she said it wasn’t her, I told her I couldn’t tell because they both were rude while taking the call. But I would be calling to cancel my reservation. They don’t greet you when you come into the store or speak back especially the one with the BIG butterfly eyelashes. I’ll go to another location if I have to battle it out with employees.

The location was a little difficult to find. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and caring! Because they didn't have the vehicle I requested, they graciously upgraded me to a larger vehicle. It worked out to be better than the vehicle I reserved.
