$7.56 for a short sleeve cotton men's shirt. Have been going here for years and never felt so ripped off. When I brought it up, the lady at the front desk really didn't care. It's time to find a new dry cleaner

I don't often need a dry cleaner but when I do, I'd like someone honest and careful. I took new clothes to them and one came back with a hole on the chest and a note saying "hole noted in check-in". BUT during check in while I was standing there -- nothing was noted. It was a by a designer brand. Why would a take a shirt with HOLES to a dry cleaner?!?! The rest of my clothes came back with the scent of perfume -- so they weren't even cleaned. And I don't wear perfume. This place used to be nice... I will never go there again. I called to complain but now nobody will answer the phone to take my complaint.

A two piece shirt that I got dry cleaned, I noticed that taking it out a wearing it, it had small bleach like stains all over it. When I took it back they said they would investigate. When I picked it up the same girl said it must have been my hair products. I wear the same brand clothing for 15 years, I explained They had re cleanEd it and was trying to charge me for it. I've never had a problem until my locs became a reason not to refund me. She also asked since I felt like it was ruined could they keep it. HUH?????

ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR THIS BUSINESS ARE TRUE!! This was my go to dry cleaners for years. I worked close to the cleaners and it was convenient for me to drop off and go. I recently switched jobs across town and still made a 30 minute drive for the service. The prices are high compared to other cleaners but I was willing to pay the premium to get my clothes treated properly. I was raving to everyone about how I drive a distance and pay a higher price just to make sure I get things done right. I have a favorite blazer that I have put in this cleaners on a few occasions and recently put in the cleaners and was devastated to see the results. I noticed the back of my jacket was deteriorated when I finally decided to hang up my clothes in the closet. I immediately called the cleaners and spoke with one of the representatives that told me to bring the jacket in for review. I brought in the jacket and I got a call the next day from the owner mentioning that she remembers the jacket as being defective during drop off even though she was not there when I dropped it off. (I kept that blazer in mint conditon) She had a disgusting attitude and proceeded to be unprofessional and argue with me about giving the jacket in that condition. I had to mention that I was pregnant and I couldn't take the stress over a ruined blazer for some slack. Everything is all good with this cleaners until there's an issue and this business takes no accountability and is very unprofessional for no reason. The owner did not want to rectify anything! They like to blame the customer instead of taking responsibiliy. It is clear that they dont value their customers and are money hungry. I will NEVER spend another dime with this business!!

Running late with a week to spare and looking for a dry cleaners in the area to press my dress so I decided to try this spot across from my apartment without reading any reviews. BIG MISTAKE. If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. Not only were they rude but also disrespectful. I came here with a dress for my friends wedding and all I need was it to be pressed. I explained to the young lady how it needed to presses, I showed her a picture and gave her the picture for reference. When I picked up my dress a week later it didn't even look like they did anything to it but pin a tag. The dress looked the same way as I brought it in. When I asked the lady about it she dismissed me and said you pay now. I told her I wasn't paying for anything because I didn't get the service I requested. She threatened to call the police and I told her go right ahead because I'm not paying for anything until you press my dress. Needless to say I won't be back.
