I have been getting the same haircut for 2 years at Great Clips. I visited this location due to a time crunch. After showing a reference photo, they said that they were unable to do “Designer” cuts and dismissed me to visit a barber shop. It was a simple V cut with no fade.
I would’ve given this location 1 star if it wasn’t for the one employee who caught me on my way out and realized that I was not asking for a complicated cut. The cut took less than 10 mins. I’m grateful for the employee who cut my hair, but incredibly frustrated at the other employees who deemed my simple cut as “Designer” simply because of my hair texture. I will not be here again. I do not recommend.

I've been to this location a few times. I get good haircuts, they are fast, and the people are nice to me. However, I won't go back to this location any more just because they're too rough on my ears. Every time I get a haircut here I have ear pain for several hours afterwards from all the bending my ears and general roughness with the clippers. They'll roughly grab your head and move you around, digging in with their fingers into your scalp. I hesitated to write this review because they're always friendly and I get a good haircut, but I just can't keep going when they hurt me. I haven't had this issue at other locations. If you don't have sensitive ears this location is probably great, but avoid it if you do.

My bangs weren't cut/trimmed appropriately. I'll try to shape it up myself... Unfortunately that's not going to be easy, my hands are crippled. I can no longer color my hair and I was able to do that at home with professional products, and my long time hair stylist of Great clips in Covington, GA Joani over 20 years she knows I can color my hair! I know how to use the products, I just no longer have the physical ability to do it. I've never been able to cut. I've always been able to style hair, I've been doing it since I was about 7 or 8 years old ?♀️❣️
This is just me being me and I'm telling it like it is for my days are numbered If I'm not able to get the appropriate medical help ?

KC had me cleaned up fresh. There was another person (Stephanie?) that came out of the back and was chastising KC like customers weren’t in the building. Either way, you should talk to your team with respect but should never take to coaching in front of customers. Must be a new mgr or something. But go see KC!

The hair stylist changed the shape of my haircut long term. She saved my hair higher than it used to be, and now I have to let it grow out extensively to be corrected. Very disappointed as her GA stylist card showed that she’s been cutting hair for decades.The benefit of this experience is that my wife and I have figured out how to cut my hair. So now I don’t need to continue paying ever-increasing prices at this place. They started charging more and more for subpar haircuts

Absolutely horrible place. Took my mom and they messed up her hair. The "hair stylist" did such a horrendous job. It was uneven on both sides, completely not what was asked, and too short to do anything with other then to wait for months for it to grow back. The "hair stylist" kept explaining that it is due to my mom's "hair wave." Horrible and horrendous place. Stay away

Sat down to get my hair faded on the sides. The hairdresser didn't ask about the top of my head, so I figured we'd get there when we get there. Nope. She just started cutting the top of my hair the same length as the sides. IDK what she was thinking, but I guess I'll just have a bad haircut for the next month or so ?If you go (and I wouldn't recommend it) be explicit up front about exactly what you want. Otherwise you'll get shorn like a sheep and it'll cost you $20.Service: Haircut
