Terrible experience. I specifically asked for longer than finger length and got finger length. The haircut is way too short and I look like I got a buzz cut with clippers. It'll take weeks to grow out. My hard part is a disaster. Not straight, way too large, and not where the previous line was. This is really bad..

They cut my hair all uneven some much longer some others its horrible how how they left my hair i had to go another salon to have my hair done, well i wont go back to this place and i still tip them well, they dont have professionalism

Professional, clean, friendly, efficient, helpful, awesome! And Dee gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted aside from just a bit shorter but she was really good at sensing my style and giving suggestions. Quick but didn’t feel rushed and she made sure she didn’t miss anywhere. I love how the haircut turned out! It’s a razored shoulder-length cut and I have very straight, fine hair.

Absolutly horrible job on my hair I just went today walked in sat down didn’t wait long they wernt too busy but I sat down and asked for a low taper fade showed the lady what I wanted and she gave me the absolute opposite of what I asked for whe she kept on cutting my hair shorter and shorter I was so confused but I will no long be going to great clips I’ve never been satisfied with their haircuts but today was the last straw would not recommended bringing your teen here for a haircut

I came in today with my daughter. Her hair blown out. It's 86 degrees and humid. The bald black stylist took issue with her hair being to texured. We are black women. Her hair will not be bone straight with a blow out. He had a negative attitude and was trying to comb her hair out from the top with a small tooth comb not from the bottom and working his way up. He kept talking about she should have been blown out and if she's sure she wants to get her hair trimmed with her hair like that. Now I have been going to great clips well over a decade with my two daughters and myself and hair in the same state and NEVER HAD ANY ISSUE LIKE I DID TODAY. He was rude and was prepared to let her comb out her own hair even though we would be paying him for a service. I recommend going elsewhere when you see this man because he clearly didn't want to or know how to work on my daughter's hair. Completely unprofessional and an utter disappointment. Such a bad look for this establishment. We left without service because he will not have my child looking a mess.

The best Great Clips in the country! Was in Atlanta for work and needed a last minute haircut. Bea cut my hair to my liking, and we got to listen to some old school music. 10/10. Will come back if I’m ever in the area.
