Had a small truck full of clothes and home decor. They only accepted 2 bags of things and told us to go to the store location instead. I’ve been to the north Druid hills donation only goodwill and they have never had an issue taking multiple bags and boxes worth of things. Not sure why they can take so few items.

We just stopped by this location with a car full of donations at 5:45pm on a Sunday - both employees couldn’t have been more helpful, they opened the doors and were ready for us before we got out of the car. They moved all items inside quickly and they were so nice and friendly - great customer service!

I help clients declutter their items, and I bring their donations to Goodwill regularly. This location is most convenient because it’s the closest one to my house. However, I’ve been inconvenienced way too often at this location, so I have to drive to the South Cobb location instead. There have been several times when I come, and no one comes out, and the door is locked. Yet, according to the hours it should be open. Employees are also slower to come out and het my things when they are present. Last week I had an instance where the door was open, but no one came out. So I carried all the donations to the door. When someone finally came out, he said they weren’t taking donations at the moment and expected me to put them back in my car. I told him he was inconveniencing me, and after a little back and forth he told me I could leave what I already took out of the car, but I didn’t allow me to bring the remaining donations. Which caused me to have to drive out of my way to drop off the rest. This location is lacking in every sense of the word and needs to put more time in to training and customer service.

I was only allowed to drop off 3 small bags or small boxes and I had a car full. The guy said he was the only one there. Mind you everything was in regular size trash bags except for a large stuffed animal. It’s an inconvenience to drive to another location.

I came earlier and the gentleman literally looked me in the eye as I was waiting to get helped then proceeded to talk to two other gentlemen about their donations. Mind you, I was parked directly in front of the door and he saw me first. After I saw that, he was conveniently servicing them first, I drove off because I’m not fond of blatant disrespect.I planned on going to another location but I have two large bags and wouldn’t be able to carry them in so I u-turned back to the location and he claimed that he didn’t see me because the doors are “blacked out”. We all know, they in fact can see out but customers can’t see in.Whatever. I didn’t battle him on it, I just let him speak and then he said I could come back to drop off my donations in 30mins because there was not enough room.Fast forward, I am now in front of the location again and no one came out to pick up the donations after waiting 20+ minutes. The only reason any one even came to the door is because another customer that was waiting went inside. They conveniently was able to come outside at that moment and tell us that they’re closed.I don’t recommend coming to this location. They need new staff and management.

Incompetent at best . I will never deal with this location again.Horrible service . Call to confirm a donation before.Get there and told I have to wait 25 minutes. Hours of operation is congruent with this.
