Messy dirty store. Never anything good.I'm not sure how it has 4 stars. However even with that, I can look past that.... with it being a goodwill and all.The issue is when we went to donate the associates were very rude and snappy. Didn't give us any direction and we thought we were being proactive and helpful carrying what we had to them. People in front of us were doing the same. They ASSUMED we were dumping everything on the sidewalk when really we were moving things around in the car to get the 2 items we had. They were very heavy. So when we pulled out boxes and sat on the sidewalk to get to them. One guy kept yelling at us.. "YOU CAN'T PUT THAT THERE YOU CAN'T PUT THAT HERE I TOLD YOU, WHAT ARE YOU DOING" And I even said we're not putting this here. We are having to make room to get what we have to offer in the car. Another guy came out with a cart and he was just it's complaining "I don't know why you guys are in a rush we've been working our a**ess off all day" I said excuse me but you guys have a very long line, the people in front were doing the same, we are not rushing you, instead of yelling how about explaining or asking us questions? We were just preparing for our turn. Trying to be proactive. We weren't expecting you to come to us right away. Regardless they would have been irritated waiting for us to dig through the car holding up the already haulted line. Or even ASSUMING that everything in the car was for them. Would not recommend to anyone! They are not helpful, rude, assume the worst and no service skillsI will never go there again. Ruined my day.

Much like thrifting as a whole, it’s hit or miss. Rose Marie is the nicest lady ever! I’ll drive out of my way to visit this location just to chat with her. She’s incredible.

Very rude associates.Asking a simple request for a shirt that needed a price tag, resulted in a rude and condescending response. It’s bad enough that I had to tolerate the store smelling of cigarette smoke and feces.I understand that it’s a thrift store, but the shopping experience is horrible.

Not only is the shopping experience poor, but I was not aware that dropping off donations before opening wasn’t allowed. Keep in mind, this was at 8:20 and they open at 9:00.That’s totally fine; you can kindly ask them to stop, explain the policy, and we both go on with our merry day. This woman wasn’t like that. She came out and was rudely said to me there is no “dumping” outside of business hours. So that’s how Goodwill sees donations as “dumping”? Doesn’t Goodwill sell our donations? Anyways, I said I had a few small items and I wasn’t aware that no donating prior to opening was allowed. She said if I had them out to leave it, but I told her that I had a few more small boxes, and she went on to say, “no, they’ll have to wait.” Wait, they will. I’ll find either another location or donate to Salvation Army or another reputable organization before I support this store again.

This place has the rudest people ever, in particular the drive through donation area. I gave 3 chances and today I am like done. Twhat is worst is that the man is working and the other workers is just sitting there. Never donating there again

Worst Goodwill I've ever been too. I'll never come back to this one. And I was a frequent shopper at this location. It's 5 til closing, I'm standing to the side of the line making sure I wanted everything in my cart before getting in line so I didn't hold up the line. There was a long line ahead of me as it was. Made my choices and I got in the line. Stood there patiently for 10 minutes to check out. They only had 1 register open with a long line. Once it's my turn to check out. The manager takes the drawer away and closes out. They don't even say anything to me, the cashier just walked off. It was rude and unprofessional. I never seen such poor behavior and customer service. And would been the same time if I was in line at 5 til 8. Because of the line ahead of me. I was in line before 8pm. On a business standpoint I thought the point was to make money. My sale was $30. And my time over a hour to search was wasted. I do not recommend this establishment. Manager must been feeling herself, needed a power trip. School starts next week and I'm a single mother trying to do my best I really needed those deals on dollar Monday. And I surely didn't have the time to just waste. Highly disappointed and put a sour taste in my mouth. Sad that this is how customers are treated. The lady behind me was not too happy either. 2 sells they lost because they didn't want to be working an extra 12 mins. They could have not wasted my time and told us the lady in front of me was the last they was checking out. Instead of how they treated me and the other lady.

I came up to donate something and the staff were very rude they didn't want to help us. It's like we were a bother. I told the gentleman that I can not lift because of my shoulder so one of your staff will have to help. He took his time to get to the truck. My boyfriend had it pulled out most of the way. The two men finally helped my boyfriend pick it up to put it on the cart. I will never be back to this Goodwill

Do not donate at this location. If you have furnishings, take them to Habitat just down the street. Husband was told he had to unload the furniture and place it behind a line and they could not or would not help. I’ll admit husband wasn’t pleasant when he unloaded but the young man who worked for Goodwill got angry, flipped the bird and threw the cushion chair back in our car. Not sure what they will do with a lounge chair with no cushion…

The manager here is terrible. at least 5 times through out my visit she would go to the intercom to complain about something and try to publicly embarrass customers. To me it felt like she was using the intercom as a therapist or as some form of power trip. I like coming here because it is one of the larger goodwills in my area, but that behavior disgusts me and for a thriftstore that has higher prices than most I have no issue going elsewhere. I would rather listen to the crummy music than hear some petty rant that tries to single out customers with kids or whatever. It's uncomfortable to listen to and unprofessional. I am embarrassed for the manager and I wish she would just confront the customers she has issues with without trying to publicly shame them.Update: I returned to the location again today and the same thing occurred.

I’ve never enjoyed Goodwill shopping until now. This store is clean, spacious, and organized. It’s never crowded and the items are mostly high quality and in good condition. I love stopping by this store! And Ernest is a lovely help.
