I bought a Glock 43x 6 months ago. It's never been dropped or abused in anyway. Shooting one morning the gun just felt slightly off. I stopped and looked at the frame and it had large crack on both sides. I stopped shooting. Took pictures of it. Sent an email in about it. Thinking this would definitely be covered under warranty. Monday I get an email back saying it's probably due to an over pressured round. That I would need to contact the ammunition manufacturer and have them put a claim in and after the repair the ammunition company and I would be responsible for the cost. Seems like a cop out. I honestly don't want to jump through hoops to get it fixed so I said I will just pay for it. Which they told me the price. $100 plus tax which isn't a big deal it's really about the principal. It's 6 months old. It wasn't abused or modified.It's my everyday carry (won't be anymore) really a bad business decision on there end. I was planning on getting a G19 and G26 here soon but I won't now. I won't buy another Glock and I will do whatever I can to talk people out of buying one.

No one has a better warranty. If you are in Atlanta, better. Simply take it to the facility and they will repair it there. Customer service is outstanding.

Never been there but I want to say something about my glock 30 Gen 5 45cal,it's beautiful I love it, it's just for personal protection and night stand, i love the way it feels looks and even smells ,the best glock yet it feels good in my hands top quality top shelf, I ove it.😀

I randomly called.. spoke with the sweet and very professional woman, the only thing is they don’t sell to the public.. I think Glock should have a membership for customers who would like to purchase directly $100 a year x 10 million people 🤔 doesn’t sound bad at all
