DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT WORK HERE. This is literally THE WORST place to work. They work you like a slave, pay you the bare minimum and if you try to change departments or ask for a raise, they will try to find any excuse to try to fire you even if you did nothing wrong. I am lucky that I quit before they could get to me. The way that they fire people is also super humiliating. They will get about five security guards to surround you with guns and escort you out like you’re some type of criminal. I’ve seen it way too many times and that is why I had to leave. THEY ALSO DIDNT PAY ME FOR HOURS I WORKED.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service at this facility. I brought in night sights and a performance trigger to be installed on my new Glock 19. The fellow who took my pistol said it would be about 35 minutes. He came back in about 20 minutes, put a taller front sight on than came in my package and explained why -- and didn't charge me for it -- and tested the sights with a target he'd used to group five rounds on the center at 15 yards. No charge for excellent service, done amazingly quickly, and even tested on a range. I highly recommend considering the US Glock headquarters in Smyrna if you need work done and are within driving distance. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service.

On a brand new 48, 19, and 19x you don’t even get full set of back straps and holder, all in a plastic lunch bag making the whole purchase cheap with sour taste in your mouth. You’re better off buying a used Glock as these accessories used to come with the gun. I’d rather they just up the price a bit than make you buy them. Oh well, Good bye Glock, hello CZ!P.S. Got my CZ SP01 yesterday. Wow what a difference in trigger and and ergonomics! I don’t know why I wasted my money on a new Glock but that won’t happen again.

I recently purchased one of their Glock 48 models when I receive the firearm, took it to the range, but noticed my front sight was a little loose after further inspection, and then noticed a white crack or something coming through a crack figured out that the front sight was probably over torch when being assembled no biggie I emailed the Glock warranty email address and was very surprised with the customer service very prompt, very helpful, courteous and fulfilled my needs. Glock is going to replace my front sight under warranty as promised not only are they going to do that for free? They rushed it over wait ago happy camper over here. I seen a couple of the other reviews and figured I needed a good one. I would recommend them to my friends keep up the great work.

Dropped in to get night sights on my new Glock. First class service. In and out in 45 minutes. Hate guard and the rep I dealt with both very nice.

I'm not impressed by Glock as a firearm, and I'm definitely not impressed by their applicant hiring practices either. Applied for a quality opening and no response. Not only highly qualified,but also a gunsmith. Glock is just too expensive for mediocre products.

I am a Thai person who has a passion for glock19gen5 guns. I bought a gun from a gun shop in Bangkok. I shot it only 150 rounds. Shops that are distributors in Thailand are not responsible for anything.

Glock’s customer service and warranty departments are second to none in any industry. There armorers handle business quickly and effectively.This should be another selling point when buying an already brilliantly designed gun, especially for gun buyers in GA. Also, I highly recommend their classes.

I purchased my first Glock, (Model 17 ) in 1993 and have never had a problem with it. My next was a Model 22, then around 4-5 more after that. Needless to say, I am sold on Glocks, and will be a Glock man for life.
