GA Luxury serviced my vehichle in 2021 and after they initiated their initial repairs their Customer service was downhill. I called back after driving my vehicle a couple of miles and informed them that the left tire where the initial impact from my collision occurred felt off/ unbalanced. They advised to call my insurance company. I called state farm and they informed me that GA luxury is responsible to re review and fully inspection and complete additional work if damage to my vehicle is found. They never followed up and I attempted to follow up with mgr multiple times. Till this day I have not been able to receive additional information regarding this incomplete repair They completed. My car still sits in my drive way due to me primarily working from home and because I have not serviced it elsewhere.

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to GLA in 2 years and I have had absolutely nothing but the best customer service experience on both occasions. GLA kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and gave me excellent customer service when I went to pick it up. Their body work has also been top notch aswell. I highly recommend them.

Georgia Luxury Automotive was recommended by my insurance company and I see why. Definitely give it 5 star rating. Everyone that I came in contact with on the phone or in person at the front desk office were very professional and provided excellent customer service; kept me informed about my Hyundai Genesis. My vehicle came back prompt at the estimated finish date (July 22, 2024) and back in great condition after the repairs. I appreciate the crew that worked and completed the repairs on my vehicle and the front office team handling everything else as well.

Having to get your car repaired after an accident is never a fun experience however I was fortunate to be able to work with Georgia Luxury Automotive (GLA) and Enterprise Car Rental through the process. The two businesses in Smyrna area work very well together and made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The personnel I had the opportunity to work with were super helpful. I highly recommend GLA!

I had a great experience, dealing with Georgia Luxury Automotive, from the initial appointment, until I picked up my vehicle after the repairs were completed.
I never had to call with any inquiries, because the staff constantly sent me updates and information, concerning the status of my vehicle.
And their work is excellent , my vehicle looks like new. I highly recommend and will definitely take my vehicles there for now on.
