If Physical Therapy can be said to be enjoyed, and Fit Core can certainly be enjoyed. I have been going there for almost two years, first with Barbara, the owner, and now with Amanda. Both are well trained and make you confident that they are doing a professional job of addressing your problem. When each session is over, you feel encouraged that you are making progress. I have Parkinson’s, which doesn’t allow for much progress. There is no known cure - you just get worse and worse - but these ladies help you keep a positive attitude about what they, and you yourself, can do to deal with the Parkinson’s issues.I highly recommend FitCore.

I've had issues for about 2 decades with my neck- osteoarthritis, herniated discs & disc degeneration which ultimately led to surgery in 2013. I've been in PT a number of times prior to & after the surgery, the latter for myofacial pain & spasm that has been reluctant to release. No one has ever worked with me to give me significant relief until Barbara. I can honestly say I'm her Number 1 fan, & of course highly recommend her!!!

I went to Fit Core after suffering a trimalleolar fracture in a roller skating accident. Barbara, the owner, assessed my injury and paired me with Amanda, who specializes in ankle fractures. She was kind, yet firm, and pushed me the perfect amount to get me across the finish line. Having been extremely active before my injury, my goal was to be able to run again. Nine months post injury, not only am I able to run (and have been doing so for two months now), I have been biking, skiing and hiking. I feel like I have my life back, which is exactly where I wanted to be when this journey began. I could not be more grateful for the amazing, high quality physical therapy I received. There's absolutely no way I would be where I am today without PT with Fit Core.
