After going to a branch closer to my home and seemingly not getting any straightforward answers, I decided to try my luck at this location a little further out. It was worth the extra time and distance -- Financial Center Manager Ebony B. was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me answers that took care of all my concerns about my newly opened RMM account.

Almost a year ago this bank closed my Account after they received direct deposit. I returned to the Roswell Street branch to reopen my account. I informed them that I was there to reopen acct and pay what monies I owed. They gave me a number to call. The man from 5/3 collections was the rudest person I had to deal with. I kept telling the man I was at bank to pay balance and he kept asking if I was going to pay with debit card or credit card. I informed bank Manager about issue she asked me when would I be paying. I told her as soon as I got bank card/ temporary card. It took 5 business days for me to get bank card. They told me that they do not do temporary cards anymore. Just recently I went to bank to deposit my pay check. And I was unable to do so you can dedebitswipe to open door to make any type of transaction. The 2 main reason I picked this branch is due to location/ security swipe to access inside ATM. It's a hassle now.

Ms. Eboni was so sweet to me. She answered all my questions I had quite a few. I had a better of understanding of why I wasn’t able to use my zelle right away after opening my account. I like coming here. Customer service was excellent!

I opened an account at this location on 7/2/2022. The managers name is Eboni. She was fantastic, very personable and attentive to my needs. I have recommended this bank to my family and friends. The teller was also very friendly.

Been banking there for a number of a number of years. Went there Dec. 15, 2021 to make a Deposit and ask them to send a fax for me. The Black Female Manager Refused. to allow the young black female teller to. do it. However the white men working there last year were happy to do it. They have already paid out over a million for discrimination But apparently haven't learned anything!!

I know that there are some negative experiences posted here, but so far, I have had none of that when I use this branch. My experiences have always been professional and efficient. I wouldn’t have commented but with so much negative feedback, I thought I should share the other side of the coin.

Came in an hour and 15 minutes before close; not a single customer around. Could barely hear the lady behind the counter mumbling, and the man in the office was just chilling on his phone. They said they don’t open accounts within two hours of closing but that I could schedule an appointment. Flabbergasted and how unprofessional and lazy the associates at this branch are.

The teller or senior teller / personal banker treated me like a criminal. I've used this institution Fifth Third bank since 2012. The " personal banker" was rude spoke to me like I was illetare, was degrading in her tone and speech and refused to give me money out of my personal account. She said " you will not be getting any money from me ". As if she had control over me. After telling me I was a fraud because I paid off my credit card account. She was degrading for no reason except she looked at me and had a nasty attitude with me. She then without my consent shut down my accounts & without my permission. This was done 3 minutes before the department closed. She acted solely on her personal feelings and discriminatory practices. She demanded I call another bank and "PROVE" I had money and I was able to pay off my credit card. She was very very unprofessional. And seemed to want to humiliate me in front of other customers and bank employees. She questioned me about " where I get money from to pay off a credit card and demanded I tell her her the "source" of my income and money to pay off a credit card. She intentionally with malice and malicious intent froze my account without YES WITHOUT my permission based only on her discriminatory believe that me as a minority could not afford to pay off my credit card ! therefore the money was fraudulent ! She purposefully and willfully embarrassed me in front of other customers and other bank employees. She acted on behalf of fifth third Bank! do not open any accounts with this bank do not use this branch! this branc is at the Kroger's in 3249 South Cobb Dr., Smyrna, GA.
