I’ve been using Ashley for tax preparation for a few years and she is great! She is knowledgeable, attentive and provides very helpful advice. She is also very patient and takes the time to answer your questions. In addition, she is very personable and has a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend her!

If you plan to use Ashley's services, it is highly recommended that you double-check her work. As a multiple business owner, I expect a certain level of organization and professionalism that unfortunately I did not receive when I used Ashley's tax amendment service in February 2023.Despite making numerous calls to the Department of Revenue and the IRS, I received no response regarding the status of my amendment. After reaching out to Ashley, I discovered that my amendment had not been submitted due to a software issue that she was aware of but failed to rectify.I believe it is the responsibility of any service provider to ensure that their software is working properly and that they take the necessary steps to double-check their work, especially when they are aware of an issue. Ashley did not make any effort to apologize for the inconvenience caused, nor did she attempt to rectify the situation.I cannot recommend Ashley's services unless you are comfortable with the possibility of encountering lack of accountability, disorganization, and the need to double-check her work to ensure it is done correctly.

I meant to give this review last year but I’m doing it now! The Fields Accounting Firm is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, Black Woman Owned firm that I am proud to be a client of. Ashley is timely and thorough. I can see her taking notes but also is paying attention to me and my needs. She takes pride in her business which is why I trust her with mine.

I am not one to give bad reviews, but Ashley was negligent with my taxes for two years. She filed my taxes as single when I'm married... She claims she didn't have this information at the time, but I made that clear that I am. My husband was also with me when we filed BOTH times. I only am now finding out because an immigration officer pointed this out and could have denied my husband's green card case. Thankfully the immigration officer was understanding, but she told me I am commiting TAX FRAUD. This is very careless work on Ashley's part. I am aware people make mistakes, but two years in a row is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Yes.. we are able to amend this, but that is a process and headache that should have been avoided in the first place. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
