I had to pick up a heavy shippment that couldn't be unloaded at my residence. Everyone I dealt with at the terminal was super nice, and helpful. Very professional organization. The shipment was from CA to GA on one of the worst weather weeks of the year. It was delayed at four different terminals on the way to Atlanta. It still arrived exactly when it was supposed to. God job FedEx.

This location have horrible customer service. I have problems getting my freight picked up on the day I schedule it. They will move your pickup to the next day without notifying you. This location will do what's best for them and not the customer. They will give you every excuse in the book as to why they can't get the job done.

These are hard workers all around and they need more recognization and more pay. Freight pick up was fast for my transmission. If you want to pick up and beat the delivery just have to have your seller contact fedex and you’re allowed to pick up items and beat delivery times :) good customer service even though they get cussed out daily them remain calm and solve the issues that arise . Impeccable service.

My rant with FedEx is the lack of communication.I'm a small business owner & I control what I can to satisfy my customers. But when a big company messes with my livelihood & that of my family it gets personal.I'm FedEx's customer and they failed to communicate by not updating the tracking on their system & making it super difficult to get ahold of a live person.I have a customer expecting 2 items that are part of a $4.5k order from my store. I have FedEx scheduled for delivery on Wednesday & they are no call no show. Thursday goes by, & again they are no call no show. Friday I see there are no updates on tracking. Order still showing as in transit to Smyrna since 11pm Tuesday night. At this point I have to take matters in my own hand since MY customer within all his right is expecting his order.I go to 2 different facilities an hour + drive for me to finally locate my merchandise that has been sitting at the facility in Smyrna for 2 plus days. NO CALL to arrange delivery & or pickup.Shame on FedEx for the lack of communication.And I know we've all experienced package delays, but I should have not had to go search for my items, wasted my time and gas when it was supposed to be delivered to my business.When a big company is responsible for me having to refund MY customer $4k+ of their hard earned money, that should have stayed in my pocket to feed my family it gets personal. Get it together FedEx!

Horrible service at the 2000 Manard Road in Smyrna. They shutdown 2 hours in the middle of the day 11-1. Arrived at the location and the gaurd is asleep. Had to wake him up to get into the lot. Waiting now for 30 minute for them to print paperwork. Made multiple calls to get them to move. Only one here and they can't get out of their way. What a joke.While waiting watching an office person smoking outside the office while I wait for anyone to actually work. Can I give zero stars

I made a delivery appointment for today 5/5, yesterday 5/4. They never booked the delivery appointment and called again today "to schedule delivery". They tried to say they did not speak to me on the phone, but they did at 11:17. I had to take today off to be here to sign for it and they DID NOT deliver. They then said the only thing they could do is schedule for tomorrow. Now I have to take another day off work and HOPE they deliver.

I have picked up freight at different FedEx freight terminals on a weekly basis for the past six years. The FedEx freight terminal in Smyrna is by far the most poor ran terminal that I’ve seen. The people there are rude and non responsive. Multiple excuses as to why it takes an hour to an hour an a half to load a pallet of freight. Other terminals can have my freight loaded in 15-20 minutes. I would give them minus 5 stars if that were possible. Totally incompetent people at this terminal as well as people who will lie to you about freight shipments being available for dock pick up.
