I placed an order for a poster to have picked up at 5pm. I got to the store at 6pm and there was one person in line ahead of me. My order was ready and they were having trouble with the person’s Fedex order. I had to wait 18 minutes for them to complete the FedEx order before they would ring me out. I’m not sure why the manager wouldn’t go to an open register, but I guess my time isn’t valuable to this location.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Jonathan is rude and tries to scam you out of extra money in “fees.” He said a print job would be over $40 because of a “resizing fee” that I’d never heard of. So I went 5 minutes up the street to the paces ferry location and they did it for $6! Be careful with this location.

Why when I arrive at 6:45 the door is locked and the lights are off when you close at 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It says they close at 7, but I had loaded my packages in my wagon and crutched up to the door before 7 only they to find they had already closed. If it weren’t for the fact that Walmart requires FedEx for returns, I would just go to UPS.

I received a wonderful experience in working with Marian at this FedEx location. She was able to assist me and getting my poster size family tree printed to my liking. She gave me excellent customer service and was very helpful. She presented options and suggestions for a better outcome. It is easy to see why she make customers feel the Best at this location. Please keep up the great work.!!

Great service! We needed to ship something internationally and had bad service at DHL so we went here. The staff were extremely nice and made the process very simple for us, which had originally been a stressor. Thank you so much :)

Honestly, I’m about to start asking for a paycheck from this FedEx because I basically have to do everything myself here. No matter the size or status of your packages for drop off, they make you scan it in and try to drop it in the box yourself. Twice now we’ve had boxes that were too big for the drop off area and they’ve made us pick them up despite being heavy and try and orient it under the tiny scanner. I’m lucky I had my husband there because it was a two person job and so awkward! They could have just helped us with their handheld scanner. Today, they even made us take the box back behind the counter to put it in the slot for pick up! The staff weren’t even doing anything but standing there. Like I don’t even work here, I should not be behind the counter! What’s even worse is most of the time we have these situations, the manager is there and encourages it! I understand the scanner for smaller packages and for quick service when there is long lines, but for larger items some help would be nice! Also I had a print pick up one day so staff actually had to help me scan it out and with their attitude you would have thought I was asking for mountains to move.
I’m always so nice to everyone in the retail and service industry because I know they deal with a lot of rude people, but yet I feel guilty for even entering the door because the staff here are so rude to everyone!

Most of the time they are low of employees. Today one person attending and the line was was very long. Also, he gave priority to answer the phone vs attending the customers.

I stopped by to get some printing done. It was a last-minute creative idea for a loved one's memorial service. Jamila was so attentive and professional. She quickly found a perfect solution and gave me options to choose from. She handled the other customers and the telephone the same way. Plus, she was fast and efficient. Thanks, Jamila! You were a ray of sunshine for me today!

I want to tell you about Maya she is truly amazing extremely intelligent extremely kind extremely professional, I really do hope she's getting paid what she's worth cuz she is worth a lot I felt amazing leaving the store, the service I got was outstanding Maya is truly a blessing to your company please please take care of her. I had to send a vintage guitar to Mesa Arizona and Maya handled it like it belong to her she was truly amazing thank you Maya for making me feel so good about partying with the guitar you are truly a blessing.

I came in and both employees in the store did not even make eye contact. The lady who barely helped me with glasses and braids had a horrible attitude and woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Hopefully a manager wasn’t working with her because they look like they both can use some coffee and training.

i’m not one to leave negative reviews but my last visit surely calls for one. i was not greeted by any of the individuals standing behind the counter. i was “assisted” by kevin who didn’t say a single word to me as i was returning a package. i had to bring myself to greet him in which he still did not acknowledge me. this location definitely won’t see me again.
