I was referred to Fast Lane Smyrna location by my sister year's ago. My visit last week,August 21st was for an oil change. I booked my appt. with Nick who is always professional and helpful. My oil change took less than 45 minutes which I really appreciate. The service was great and I will continue touse them for my car needs. I highly recommend them,especially Nick.

Called this shop after getting a super high quote from a different shop. Nick was so great and listened to my concerns and was so helpful! He was able to help me get an appt asap. The work done on my car was fast and a great fair price. That alone makes this a great place but the customer service is top tier! So happy to know I have found a place to take my car whenever I have needs!

Five star service and five star technicians. I used to take my car directly to the dealer but when they are already outrageous prices became more outrageous. I gave Fastlane a try on my main vehicle. They isolated incorrect leak in the engine in a timely fashion and the price is reasonable too. Very happy with the experience. Keep up the great work guys.

FastLane is a great alternative to the auto dealerships for auto maintenance and repairs. I have found them to be honest, thorough, fair and they do good work! They charge much less than the dealerships for comparable services.

Probably the Best Car repair shop I have Ever been to in my 55yrs!
They work on my Lexus 450H as well as my Toyota Highlander Limited.
Staff is Very Knowledgeable and Courteous, work is done exactly like they describe, no hidden costs.
And Qyality of Workmanship is Amazing!!
This shop makes me want to buy another Japanese import, as I Know I have a Great Shop to work on it.

If you have a Toyota, Honda, Nissan or any of their affiliates and needs repair, they are the place to go to. I was introduced to them by a friend who has been a long time client in 2020 and have never left. The staff is truly helpful. Nick and Wally( hopefully I spelled it correctly) are awesome. Always helpful and fun. The techs in the back are thorough and efficient. They listen to your concerns when it comes to your car and find resolution. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
