I was staying at the Comfort Inn hotel across the street so I stopped in to purchase water and a drink. I will never go to that store again. The woman at the counter could hardly stop her conversation with another worker to ring up my purchase. She didn't bother to say thank you, come again, nothing. This place is so impersonal it has glass covering the entire counter sending the impression of "I don't want to talk to you just spend your money in my store." Why do people overlook customer service and keep these type places in business? If you stay at the Comfort Inn on Highlands Parkway in Smyrna GA think twice before spending your money at EZ TRIP

I hate having to write this review but it's been weighing on me for a little over a month and I need to let people know, particularly young women and girls. They do have a good selection of products and are conveniently open 24/7 however, one particular worker made me extremely uncomfortable and I have not been back nor will I ever give my hard earned money to them again. I went in late one night for ice cream and a drink and the skinny, tall man with drowsy eyes who always looks lethargic was following me from behind their glass wall and staring at me the entire time. I'm a young woman who was alone late at night trying to quickly purchase some snacks and get back home. I'm not sure if it's that he was ogling me or (and I hate to speculate this) assuming because of my ethnicity, I could not be trusted to pick out a drink and ice cream cartoon without his creepy gaze the entire time but either way, his action was not acceptable and I felt sickened by his presence. What's more is that I'd been a consistent patron for a good amount of time before this and every other worker I've interacted with has been pleasant enough but, this just made me extremely uncomfortable and annoyed. I almost went back to take a picture of him and post it here but I don't want to go that far. I do hope he's fired or at least kept in the back and away from customers as much as possible though, because he's kinda gross and makes people uncomfortable.

Not good for services they offer money orders and refused my money because i had ones The suppose to be manager told me he just didn't feel like counting the money...
