I reserved a car for my daughter at this location for the holiday and called to put in a request. Travis answered the phone on the second ring and was extremely courteous and polite. I asked to speak with Justin, but he was with a customer outside. I explained to Travis that the last time my daughter picked up a rental it didn’t have any coolant in it, and it caused her 4-hour trip to take 5 hours because she had to keep pulling over on the side of the highway until the warning light would go off. Once she arrived to her destination we swapped that car for another at a local Enterprise. I asked him to please ask the Manager, Justin, to provide her with a car that was in good shape so I, as a mother, didn’t have to worry about my daughter driving alone on a 4-hour trip. Justin did just that!!! She arrived safely in a great car. She enjoyed her road-trip and pulled up singing and bouncing around with the music playing.Last year at this time, and on several other occasions, you could NEVER get an answer at The Battery. It would just ring and ring and ring even if it wasn’t a busy holiday. This would happen EVERY time. I tried calling the nearest location in Sandy Springs in hopes I would get help with a general question, since I couldn’t get an answer where the car was rented at The Battery. Sandy Springs picked up right away. That’s when I first spoke to Justin and he was extremely helpful with answering my question. He took the time to assist me even though we did not pick up the car at his location, and even apologized for The Battery not answering. This happened on 2 different occasions and both times Justin picked up and assisted me. When I found out that Justin is now the Manager at The Battery location, I couldn’t be happier ?. That’s probably the reason Travis answered the phone by the second ring. I am elated to know that this location will now be a reliable one and the phone will get answered.Thank you Justin and Travis for your EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Very easy and quick to rent a car. Tatiana was extremely helpful, nice, and easy to work with. My buddy and I wanted to rent a car for 2 days while we were in Atlanta, and we had a car within minutes of walking in…. And dropping off was easy too! Prices were perfect!

I went to this location to pick up a company vehicle. Unfortunately, they were out if cars. Although I didn't get a car that day, the customer service was and communication was great. I was able to come back the next day and get a car without having to wait.

10/10, I dealt with a young lady named Tatiana and she was just an angel, a true pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before leaving with the vehicle. This was my first time ever renting a car and everything was so seamless and quick, definitely will return when needed!

So I went to this enterprise to get a rental that my insurance provided for my since my car was in a accident. They were not understanding at all. I could not call them to verify that my rental was at this enterprise. I was told that car there was a crack in my driver license I couldn't get the rental. So I had to walk home. I would never use enterprise again. Unfortunately this is the rental service Liberty Mutual uses. I plan on dropping them as well.

This place apparently just really hates money. Walk in with hundreds in cash, or debit cards, after our car broke down on vacation and was left in the shop. Was told no, they needed a credit card for deposit. Went through the proccess of getting a credit card online and was told they need to physically swipe the card. It doesn't matter how many different ways you try to give this place your money. They don't want to rent to you, unless they have a credit card to charge likely for damages you won't commit. We have rented from enterprise twice within the past couple months alone back home. This location is just apparently incredibly unwilling to work with you.

Absolutely awful customer service. Impossible to get a hold of. They over charged me $81 and I've been waiting 2 months for the refund. Have tried calling dozens of times. Talked to the corporate office and all they said is they can send an email to the local manager and that's it. I will never do business with them again. Use hertz instead.

The worst customer service on the corporate account end. They don’t follow through, they lie, poor training. They go back and forth with what you need to do. Yet, they don’t do what they say they will do. Even when you call ahead of your reservation rental to make sure all is well, it is not. The employee tells you yes and then another employee calls the day before your reservation at closing and there’s a problem. I will see how the conversation with an Area Manager goes on Monday morning. But, I have voiced not returning to Enterprise. Very poor service. If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen that!

I miss the old management( she was the best and sweetest)I have been going to this location the most. They know me well enough.Tray and the other dude I don't know his name have a goaty beard are the best.I would have given them the 5 star but this new little guy hung up on me because I asked him to speak up cause his voice was too low. I could barely hear anything. They rarely pick up the phone it's almost the lottery but when they do I have had to face this issue.Tough man, as matter of respect and customer service you could have called back when I told you bro I have hard time hearing you.You need to stop acting tough.It takes less effort to be genuine and humble.

You not leaving with a car! Not if they have something to do with! Worse experience I’ve ever encountered! By far the manager and his assistant were rude and confrontational! Out of the four men, only one gentleman tried to help me, however, I sensed his fear in doing so! I was profiled from the moment I walked in through that awful place. Reason I did not make the requirement after they had me running around like a chicken head, get this… because my Xfinity statement reflected current charges! As the statement should show current charges, it’s what statements are meant for. I showed proof of payment to show the Xfinity bills was actually at zero with a screen shot of my online acct, email confirmation and text confirmation. This wasn't enough to get me approved! The chubby dude wasn’t having it! Neither was the bold guy! This was yesterday. I called corp office this morning and filed a complaint. Enterprise apologized for the inconvenience and the rep was concerned and confused at the manner I was treated. Shortly after my husband got a call from a young lady at the south Cobb location advising us they had a rental for us. My husband made his way to the location. They had the rental waiting for him. He’s documentation was ? approved. They also apologized and stated they never heard of an Xfinity bill or any current statement having to reflect zero balance. Take your business else where!!!! You might get profiled or like we say; they may be feeling you !!!

Horrible Experience from the time I walked in I was profiled! The customer service was unacceptable! Two out of four men has me running around in circles only to give me bits of information through my it the day to ultimately by end of day tell me I was not leaving with a rental. From the time I walked in through the door they looked at me in a way that made me feel most uncomfortable! I have only rented cars from this company but never from this location! One in particular was extremely confrontational and rude and refused to show me in writing their requirements for renting a vehicle after he failed to provide full disclosure! Do Not rent your car from this location!

I rented a car from this location and it was the worst experience of my life. I'd already had my own car break down earlier in the day. 15 minutes after I got the car, the battery was dead. I kept trying to call the office to get help, the phone was never answered. I called 8 times. Roadside thankfully showed up after an hour and jumped me. But the battery was in such poor shape he informed me that the battery needed to be replaced but that was something Enterprise had to do. Of course by this point it's after 5pm so the location is closed. I had to drop the car off with the key drop just so I wouldn't end up stranded somewhere again. I'll be requesting a refund because frankly this is unacceptable. This was going to be a two week rental. Also discovered an ant infestation in the door frame while Roadside was trying to jump start. Such a lemon. I'm so disappointed.

5 stars are only for the staff.The guys at the Battery Atlanta location are amazing. They have a lot on their shoulders they try their best to accommodate reservations and preferences within the SOPs and system limitations of Enterprise. Severely lacking in car availability and technology makes it harder to do that but the guys there are so polite and professional I was very satisfied. They made every effort to ensure I was satisfied.
