“Not all TVs can be fixed but the owner Mr. Farhad is the best person to tell you what should be your next move. He is not in the shop all the hours of the day since he also does house calls. “Made one call to see if they (uBreakiFix) was able to service my Galaxy s23 ultra screen that had a small cracked screen that was spreading every time I'd used it. Went online to schedule but decided to call which was the best choice because online schedule me for 6pm drop-off as opposed to 2pm get it by 6 and suggested a better screen protector, which I really like...honesty, courtesy & on time delivery....Oh, by the way they completed the job ahead of the 6pm.....5:11 to be exact!”
“My zflip5 screen was fixed and front desk was great; but when I got my phone back my front screen protector had a bubble.After pointing it out, I was offered the idea of getting a new screen and was told it would be fixed for free but only if I provided the protector.Regardless of how grateful I was of my phone being fixed, I don't feel satisfied with that solution because I didn't cause the new minor alteration to my phone.”

Honestly, at first I was skeptical because I had already spent months going through several different repairmen to fix my laptop, and spent a few hundred dollars just to be told they don't know what is wrong and I need to pay more for further diagnostics. I called CompuCareATL one time and explained what was happening. They immediately knew, ordered the part, and fit me in as soon as it arrived. I have a pretty busy life and my computer is vital. I called Metro Computer and asked for upgrade from HDDR to SSD drive. Had completed both works in quick and professional manner. 100% satisfied and recommend for taking care of your old PC.”

“Mr. Ignacio did an amazing job repairing the backlights (it had sound, but no picture) on my TV, and his pricing for the fix was very reasonable! He even tested the TV in front of me to ensure it worked before I took it home. It looked even better than the last time it worked! Mr. Ignacio is very polite and knowledgeable. The only knock on my experience is that he can be slow to give callbacks/update, although it seems to be unintentional.”

They really is some kind of electronics fixing master wizard working there because they had the magic touch. I brought in some delicate and difficult to repair equipment that is no longer made and they somehow found the replacement parts in a few days that I had been searching for almost 3 months. “I unfortunately have a very expensive JVC 3-D projector that stopped working. JVC said there were only two facilities in the US that could repair it: Chicago and Houston. I looked all over ATL for someone that would even attempt to work on it. RER was the only one I found. For half of what it would cost me to ship it - they diagnosed the problem and for a fraction of what it would cost me to have the authorized service center repair it RER had it back to me in a week. Theater is back in business!”
