Why sell a good oil and tire rotation package if it is near impossible to book an oil change? I have only used 1 of 3 changes. Has this option been removed online due to all the issues from recent reviews? I've tried calling but no answer and the voicemail is full. I've tried using the virtual assistant but that ends with a "someone will call you shortly" and I've received no call.If oil changes are no longer available at this Kia service center, will refunds be available?

I had the BEST experience at this location. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks before my car could even be seen by a tech and my car was ready for pick up in 1 week. My service coordinator was Shamoni and she was on point about communication. I even entertained the thought of trading in my vehicle and Jack at sales was really helpful and informative while giving me the option to do it all from work/home per my request. I live and hour away from this location so I can’t imagine having to go back and forth like I have at other places. I appreciate the people at this location for their professionalism.Update 12/18/23:I had to take my car back 2x after I was told it would be in running condition. However, they worked diligently to make sure the issue got fixed and it was mostly a waiting issue outside of the dealer service department. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family.

Their service department is absolutely dreadful and I suggest avoiding at all costs.Most recently (12/18/23), my wife took her car in with 4 different warning lights, one of which indicates to take the car in immediately for service.Kia Service evaluated the car, returning it to my wife within 1 hour saying: "We only found one engine code and do not know what it is, you can look it up on your own in Google". It took me about 4 seconds of research to determine the code had nothing to do with the warning lights on her dashboard.Just terrible!!

Their service department is absolutely dreadful and I suggest avoiding at all costs. Highly recommend stopping into this dealership I Walk to kia voyels on July want just to look the car meet with Mr. Will Davis outside greeting me and my husband walked trough . show me all cars. And best options good for me even I tell him we not ready I have my permit and my hubby with zero credit answer all my questions and concerns I have befored I made decisions . Tell him I will follow back when I get my drivers license.” Breff when I came before thanksgiving suprisely offer me better deal 2024 Sportage kia like everything about it the new update since I’m new driver and expecting baby.was perfect for me we do all the paperwork in minute. Process the loan paperwork with his manager very easy going . I decided left the car pick it up on my birthday Dec 15th . plan change I walk trough in less 30mns car and tag was ready for me to take without any previous appointment . I’m happy I stop by I felt like trust was their main game, If you're looking for a vehicle you'll be in good hands with Mr. Will. I would recommend them to my family and close friends.

From buying my car to getting it serviced, the Ed Voyles Kia on Cobb Pkwy takes care of it! They are very knowledgeable and able to accommodate your needs. They have a waiting room for customers while getting their car serviced and it has a TV, vending machines, and a kid's area. If you want quality service before and after a car purchase, this is the place to go.

I would love to say that my pet peeve was addressed from my last visit…. They have spruced up the waiting area with a magnificent coffee station (Starbucks) and have placed the waters in a nice fridge. That in itself was worth five stars!Next big thing I arrived at 10 ish and was told I needed an appointment - I was sent in to make one and was told they had one for 1 pm so I accepted and had my hubby to pick me up. Well everything was completed before 1 pm AND my car was washed and looked like when I just purchased it!I am so impressed and appreciate all the hard work, professionalism and the beyond extras that happened on my visit Saturday, November 4, 2023!Top notch service!

I had a recall that needed to be corrected for the longest time. I got to the dealership early, and was able to leave in less than an hour which was great!They also updated their system to text customer while we’re waiting so we can follow along with our cars progress. They also provide a link with the full body results for your car. They also provide a paper copy when they’re done.As long as I have my car, I’ll keep going to this location.

I can't thank the staff at Ed Voyles Kia enough! The entire process was thorough and helpful, but was surprisingly completed very quickly. Stephen and Andrew helped us tremendously and I ended up leaving with my dream car. 10/10 experience and we look forward to buying our next vehicle with them if possible.

We purchased our car through auto assistance. They negotiated a deal with Ed Voyles Kia. It was a very nice, used car. The experience was pleasant with only a few minor issues. Overall a good experience. Ed Voyles even offered to pay us a small credit when we found a small issue after the sale.

As a first time buyer, I headed into dealership after dealership with a lot of anxiety. Walking into Ed Voyles Kia, I was introduced to Liz which I am super grateful for. Liz is a kind and patient sales person and great at what she does. She was not focused on the sale, and the sale only, but also in my comfort. I know I didn’t make it easy and I may have seemed like a flight risk but I came back to her, to Ed Voyles Kia, because I knew she would take care of me. Not only was it great to work with Liz, but also the finance manager, Chris Ashby, was great to work with. I had a legitimate nightmare fearing the “finance manager”; Chris was the complete opposite of what I had feared. So if you’re thinking of visiting EVK, ask for Liz. She and her team will definitely take care of you.

Steve was a great sales person. Professional, knowledgeable and knows the product inside and out. NO high pressure, NO games. Just straightforward information where I could make a knowlegeable decision on a vehicle. He walked me through the various trim styles and pricing. Never any pressure to close. The car is fantastic. Bought the Sorento Hybrid. Already over 33 miles to the gallon. The car says I will go 500 miles on a tank of gas.

Ed Voyles Kia is by far the best dealership to take your Kia. Their Communication is awesome, their service is the best. Fast, Knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile to help you with cheaper prices on things that need to be done on your vehicle J.Medina was my advisor and he was great to work with. He responded very promptly and professional to ever question or comment that had and I called and emailed a lot. If you want quality service and a Top Notch Dealer go to Ed Voyles.

The service at this dealership is shockingly bad. About 9 months ago, I brought my Kia Telluride in for service, and I also reported that one of the interior lights was buzzing quite loudly. When I went to pick it up, they told me that they did not address the buzzing light, that they didn't have time to do that, and I would have to bring it back to them. They said that it would probably take a day to do that work.Well, it's not always easy to find a day where you don't have a car. So it took me this 9 months to find the perfect day to get them my car. In the interim, the buzzing has gotten much worse. Nonetheless, I made an appointment and took it to them at 8:00 a.m. today. In advance I told them what I was bringing the car in for, and that was it.So when I arrived today, the service advisor, who has zero customer service skills, asked me, "Did they tell you it would take 3 to 5 days to look at the car?" He literally told me that it would take 3 to 5 days just to simply look at the car, to diagnose it, and not necessarily to fix it. Of course they did not tell me this when I made the appointment, so I explained to him that this is pretty ridiculous. Further, they made no offer of a loaner car, and I was expected to be on my own without a car for 3 to 5 days just for them to simply look at a buzzing interior light. Finally, the icing on the cake was the sucks-for-you attitude the 'service advisor' took, showing no interest in solving the problem nor even understanding the ridiculous nature of it.This is absolutely repulsive customer service, and it actually reflects pretty poorly on Kia as well. I'm wondering if this is how they treat warranty claims, because it doesn't pay well, and if their entire business model is just simply to sell as much as they can and not service their customers at all.I've bought two vehicles from Ed Voyles dealerships in the past, and I've used their service centers with some frequency.Never, ever again.I recommend to all of you to find an alternative.

I’m satisfied with the car I purchased however the monthly payment was shocking because I haven’t bought a brand new car in over 15 years ?. My salesperson Liz is amazing and I would like to give her 5 stars ⭐️. She took the nervousness away quickly with a smile, knowledge and friendliness!!
