I would love to say that my pet peeve was addressed from my last visit…. They have spruced up the waiting area with a magnificent coffee station (Starbucks) and have placed the waters in a nice fridge. That in itself was worth five stars!Next big thing I arrived at 10 ish and was told I needed an appointment - I was sent in to make one and was told they had one for 1 pm so I accepted and had my hubby to pick me up. Well everything was completed before 1 pm AND my car was washed and looked like when I just purchased it!I am so impressed and appreciate all the hard work, professionalism and the beyond extras that happened on my visit Saturday, November 4, 2023!Top notch service!

The experience with Ed Voyles Kia was top notch. We went in asking for “a quick look at the Telluride, 15 mins tops” and Rhon not only showed us the car but he delivered world class "consultative selling" in 15 mins! He asked questions and listened to what was important to us. We went back the next day when we had more time and bought the car! They also worked with us to get us to our budget and provided their insight and expertise. Overall, we are so happy with our decision - one that we’ve been mulling over for about a year. Walking away feeling like you made the right choice is the best feeling and all thanks to Rhon and Ed Voyles KIA.

I’m satisfied with the car I purchased however the monthly payment was shocking because I haven’t bought a brand new car in over 15 years ?. My salesperson Liz is amazing and I would like to give her 5 stars ⭐️. She took the nervousness away quickly with a smile, knowledge and friendliness!!

I wish I could give these people ZERO stars. I brought my KIA in for a recall for anti theft protection. My car was running fine, in fact I took an hour out my work day to drive an hour to them to drop it off at 8:00 am so they can fix their easy to steal ass vehicles. They called me at 5 and let me know they broke my car and "they are not responsible for my transportation. " This location has a Walmart sized parking lot of vehicles in the back and will not give me a loaner KIA for THEIR MISTAKE. Will also not provide rental reimbursement. Also has NO IDEA WHEN ILL GET MY CAE BACK. Peter Martin, extremely rude. Joe, thinks he's funny and sarcastic. Withheld corporate number trying to be funny. Says he doesn't know who owns his dealership, they're private. Jacob, another manager, was also unhelpful. This has been the worst experience. KIA corporate can't do anything. The dealership keeps pointing to Kia corporate. Kia does not care about their customers at all. I tried the nice route, they were rude from jump all while this was their mistake. I walked in with a working healthy damn vehicle & now I have to pay to get around and will not be reimbursed. Thanks so much KIA AT SMYRNA.

Thank you for finding me the right car! Special thanks to Liz(Sales Rep)and Chris(Finance Manager) they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Also made sure I got my windows tinted and the lowest possible interest rate. Definitely going to enjoy my K5 GT!!

It's impossible to work with this service department. I left 3 voicemails and the finally asked the lady that answered the phone to have the service manager call me and did not get a single returned call. This exact same thing happened a few years ago. I guess since I have a recall they just don't want to deal with it. Horribly unprofessional.

I had the BEST experience at this location. I was given a time frame of 2 weeks before my car could even be seen by a tech and my car was ready for pick up in 1 week. My service coordinator was Shamoni and she was on point about communication. I even entertained the thought of trading in my vehicle and Jack at sales was really helpful and informative while giving me the option to do it all from work/home per my request. I live and hour away from this location so I can’t imagine having to go back and forth like I have at other places. I appreciate the people at this location for their professionalism.

The worst customer service experience in my life at this Kia dealership. The service center was very unprofessional, unsupportive, and negligent throughout the time my car was in their custody. I called customer service to get updates on my vehicle and after being transferred was sent to voice-mail almost everytime with no follow up. When I did speak to a Rep, I ask them to check the car and ensure it was ready for me to pick up for I had to fly from NY to GA. I was told it was ready with no issues, but when I arrived there was a oil alarm and the car had what appeared to be a drilled hole damage in the oil tank, ironically with no damage on the protective cover. The representative lied to my face about checking the car and was fired soon after. I had to book another flight back home and inconveniently come back at a later date. After placing an insurance claim, the service center suspiciously repaired the vehicle without authority and before an inspector could investigate. The manager told me I wouldn't have to pay but still charged me later on. I was told by the manager that the car was fixed and ready, but when I returned from NY to GA again, the maintenance was incomplete, car parts were left in my car trunk and cup holder full of dirty screws in a filthy vehicle. There was also damage on the oil filter that was not there during my first visit. I am extremely disappointed from this horrible experience that cost me plenty of time, money, and stress to correct. I do not recommend anyone use this dealership for any services.

My experience at Ed Voyles Kia was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Jaye is who I was working with and thanks to her I’m driving a beautiful, reliable car. It couldn’t have happened without her. From her customer service skills, attention to detail, patience and knowledge of each car on the lot I can confidently say I drove off with the right vehicle. To anyone who is thinking about getting a car from this dealership, I 10/10 recommend Jaye to service you. You will not be disappointed!

I purchased a new car from this location and Davonta was my salesman. He was more than kind, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. I never felt the least bit of pressure or persuasion from him. Everyone that I encountered during my experience was incredibly pleasant in helping me get into my new “‘mom car!” James and Chris in finance were very helpful too. I will certainly return whenever I am in the market for another vehicle. Thank you!

Great experience at Ed Voyles Kia. We had an hour and a half minute drive. We called the day before arrival. Vehicle was waiting at front door when we arrived, ready to be test driven. We were in and out ...including credit check, offer, signed all paperwork.Some paperwork was electronically signed, which made things easier..around 2 hours. Done:) Thanks Jack with Ed Voyles Kia...my hubby ? is a happy camper...lol

The experience with trading my 2017 Kia Optima to my now 2023 Kia Forte GT was awesome. I absolutely had the best salesperson (Will Davis) and finance manager (Chris Ashby) to make it happen for me with no problems ?. These guys were super ? and I could not be more happier with my new car.

The experience that I had at Ed Voyles Kia was impeccable to say the least. My salesman Davonta was extremely knowledgeable and informative, he left no stone unturned. The entire team was friendly, helpful and resourceful. I would definitely recommend purchasing your car here.

I took my car to the dealership just for an oil change. They took the car into the wash and scratched it. We waited from early in the morning to 7pm. They told me they apologize and will help cover the damage. Bring the car to another appointment for oil change and new wipers. Come back to find the bumper off of the car. They blamed the wash and said I should have told them not to wash the car. Issue is I didn't ask them to wash the car in the first place. My family and I had to catch an Uber to let them work on the car.Their excuse is that the car was already damaged before we brought it to them. I asked if they can replace the bumper and the manager said no. Come back with me with the issue on Monday. Mind you that we went to another car wash before them and never had this issue. I do not recommend them because if the damage came from them they should cover EVEN if it was previously a BIT damaged. Their excuse, every car wash is different. Tell that to the other many lightly damaged cars that need repair because no excuse. They owe us a new bumper.Edit:So we also had another issue appear. The owner Peter did mention an issue on engine recalls. When the car was supposedly fixed, on Wednesday afternoon the check engine light came on again. We decided to take the car to another place who did offer a loaner car. They got back with us and said it was an engine issue. My thing is, after talking to me about being aware of the engine, why did Peter's team at Kia give me back my car?! I've read that issues can be as dangerous as the car catching fire. So now I need this resolved to get my engine fixed. I do not recommend Kia to anyone.

Great experience! I found a vehicle I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. I made an appointment with Jack. He made the process easy from beginning to end and explained every little feature of the vehicle. He gave me a test drive and was careful to address all the concerns I had. I have never owned a Kia before, so I has many questions! After my purchase he followed up several times to make sure everything was perfect. I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience, but Jack made the process friendly and comfortable.
