8,000 miles maintenance . Oil change, other fluids checked and tires rotation. I was in and out in about an hour.

I just came to Ed Voyles Kia to test drive an EV9 and a Sorento phev. I waited for 15 minutes in the sales room and another 15 minutes outside wandering the lot. During that 30 minutes, no one said a word to me or even nodded in my direction. I'm taking 3 more minutes to write this review as I sit in the parking lot. I know you are busy and have all of your sales people with somebody already, but you could at least say hello...

The service department has quickly handled several recalls and other issues with my car. It’s easy to book appointments online and the service manager is very helpful. Gypsy, service advisor, was especially nice on my last visit.
