The worst store ever. The manager, whom I believe is named Donna is the worst. She hates her job and her customers. I have heard these words come from her own mouth. It is unpleasant to shop at this location while she yells and argues with customers over very small things.

I left an item there after purchasing it and I cannot call them to confirm that it’s still there because the number has an automatic message. That’s horrible if they need the police and 911 cannot call them back.

Horrible customer service! The employee that was ringing me up, got upset because I asked for my receipt because she assumed that I didn’t want one. So I don’t have a right to ask for my receipt , if you don’t give me one? Don’t waste your time poor customer customer service go to the one on Windy Hill Road!

Worst customer service ever. Literally the worker was arguing and cursing me. As we walked in at 845 she was yelling “cash only, no cards or cash back and you only have ten minutes and we’re closed” as she was passing by us to lock the entrance doors. We got want we needed and then we hear her yell again “come to the register now, we’re closing”. So we proceed to the register and I have to unlock my cash app card and she gets an attitude and that’s when words were said and we both got ugly so I proceeded to walk out and couldn’t because I had to wait on her to unlock the doors all while she is continuing to say ugly things then tells me to move and shoved behind me to unlock the doors, mind you it’s apparently not at the actually doors where she has to unlock it, it’s on the side at the top. I was unaware of this so I stood to the side so she could unlock the doors. She was still being ugly as we walked out. I will not return to this dollar general ever. As a person who has worked in retail and customer service… if you are open til a certain time, you keep the doors unlocked until then and treat any customer with respect. I don’t care if you’re ready to get off work, find another job. Oh and come to find out, they weren’t taking cash because she already counted down her register. She should not be working in customer service with her attitude and horrible work ethic. I’m sure she won’t be there long, she’ll end up getting herself fired For sure.

Last week I went for one small thing they locked the doors at 8:30pm when they close at 9pm with people still inside and wouldn’t let us in they just looked at us and kept walking didn’t even acknowledge us the lady with the red sweat shirt

They have locks on their bathrooms with a sign that says ask associate for key but when you stand in line ask they say they don't have a public restroom.

This is a really nice dollar general to get what you need but it seems like every time I come there’s SOME reason they are closed before they are supposed to. It’s 8p and they aren’t scheduled to close until 9pm and the store is closed.

Ghetto, this store is never open. Every time I drive by it's a "sorry closed" sign on the door. Bad business and when they are open, it's always chaos . No one is ever at the register and the "manager" is alway stocking the shelves and act like they never see customers. Since the pandemic this store has sucked beyond measures , considering it's the only dollar store on this side of town outside of family dollar I'll give this place half star if yelp allowed it!

Looking for over the counter cold medicines for the family. They had everything I was looking for and more. So, instead of driving all over to find so or going to other location and spending more, I love going to the dollar stores. Cashiers are every helpful and friendly.

Malik is the poorest example of management and the complete opposite of Dollar General’s Mission Statement. As Dollar General’s Mission of building a culture that respects the dignity and difference in others his actions say the very opposite. His lack of professionalism and cultural respect is disgusting please be careful when patronizing this business and for your peace of mind and freedom go to the food depot or Kroger instead. His language towards me as a first time customer of this location was very disrespectful and I felt completely harassed so much I had to call the police.I hope corporate takes heed to this message and honestly look for a more positive personnel to represent this specific location.
