I dropped my Tesla off after being directed there by Tesla Service. Walk-Ins are welcome, but be very mindful of the wait-time. I'm lucky that my tire just needs a patch and rotation. Getting my car back the same day is fantastic.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with my recent experience at Discount Tire. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM, yet it is now past 5:00 PM, and I am still waiting. The estimated completion time was 4:15. I'm frustrated and struggling to understand the value of setting an appointment if the service is going to be delayed so significantly. The representative, Jeremy, offered a lackadaisical excuse, claiming they didn’t see me in the waiting room. This excuse is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service.
Moreover, they claimed they needed to inform me about a wheel lock key before proceeding with any work. Why wasn't this communicated promptly upon my arrival? The lack of organization and communication has not only wasted my time but also demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
I am extremely upset with how this situation was handled and will be reconsidering my options for future tire services. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Discount Tire needs to seriously improve their customer service and communication practices.

I should really leave 1 star but I will be nice and leave 2. I visited this store December 2023, I purchased two new tires, I assumed the tires were the correct size however they sold me a size smaller. My Jeep Cherokee stock size is 225 however 245 is what I prefer. I did not notice, I don’t get paid to check over professionals work, I’m not quality assurance. I assumed this professional tire shop would get it right. After about almost 5 months someone pointed out to me that my back tires were smaller, and after looking at the size that was correct, Discount Tire did not to its due diligence of ensuring all tires were the correct size. Per website, Discount Tire recommends all tires to be the same size, so why would they sell me a size smaller ? I went in to the store to address this, I was told they would take care of it. They ordered the correct size, on a Saturday I went in because originally I had my appointment at 11:45am , but had something come up that day so I called early that day around 9am, Jason let me know that if I could make it into the store in 5 minutes they could get it taken care of for me. However upon arrival Darryl told me that they could not get the tires on because other people were ahead of me however I saw many bays open. I was understanding and remained calm during this entire fiasco. So Darryl schedules another appoint, now I had to go in a second time to get my tires swapped and my appointment was at 4pm today Tuesday and I was told the work will be done by 4:45…. That is an entire 45 minutes to fix an error that was created by this shop. There was no sense of urgency to get this matter corrected. There should have been a sense of urgency, it has been an inconvenience dealing with all of this that could have been avoided had the job been done correctly. The least this shop could’ve done is provided service right away. I should have only had to wait 10-15 minutes . I will never do business with Discount Tire every again and will not be recommending Discount Tire to anyone. I will continue to share my experience and encourage others to not go here! I don’t think the staff understands how unsafe it is to be driving around with different size tires. I am not an expert and it only takes common sense to know that. I actually asked to speak to the manager however I was told they could take care of it . It is 4:30 and I am still waiting for my car to be taken back to the bay.

My wife had a tire pressure light come on so I sent her to the closest tire shop, unfortunately this shop told her the tire was unrepairable. They then tried to sell her two new tires saying she was low on usable tread, I’m in the tire business for over 30 years and got on the phone with them , they didn’t have the brand I wanted so I asked them to air it up . I took it to another shop that I’m more familiar with and they repaired it no problem and it turns out we have about 1/3 of the life left on them. I’m disappointed in this company and the way they decided to handle our situation.

Great service. I’m a Costco member and their service is terrible so I came to these guys for a screw in my tire. Jason helped me patch it up for no charge. I will definitely get my tires with these guys when the time comes replacing my tires.

Had a very good experience. Where all the car shops want to replace the tires for any sort of issues minor or major. Discount tire rep, checked my tire which had a nail in it and confirmed it can be repaired. They took around an hour and fixed the puncher for free. Good experience overall.

Came in this afternoon after my tire pressure light went off. Turned out I had 2 nails in my tire. They fit me into their busy schedule and were incredibly accommodating as I had my newborn with me. They gave me space to nurse in my car beforehand (mentioned they wouldn’t suddenly come up to the car) and even spoke softly when talking about to status of my tires while my newborn slept in their lobby. Incredible customer service - they’re the best!

I happened to visit this store to have my tires inspected after getting a nail stuck in one of them. One of the representatives (Derrick) helped me inspect with no charge as the nail was very tiny and it didn’t damage the tire. He was very professional and cordial. Thank you Derrick and Discount Tires!!!

Really enjoy the customer service here. Everyone is super nice and funny.
Darryl is super kind and tentative! Check-in was easy and thorough. Time in and out of the garage spaces could be a bit more sped up as far as any fall behind process goes, but overall 10/10 on service expectations and executions.

Darryl provided exceptional assistance at Discount Tire. He went above and beyond by reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf, ensuring that I received the maximum value for my old tires. He also helped me choose and order new ones, and he provided honest advice without pressuring me to purchase more than I needed.
