“My absolute most favorite Marshals on this planet… And trust me, I’ve been to almost all of them… LoL. Its design is laid out different from most and it makes you feel like you’re in a more high end store, due to the stores layout. I have actually never seen another marshals laid out that way but it works! It can get kind of hectic in there, especially at closing time… But I’m not want to talk because I’m usually one of the people they are literally running out of the store at closing time! Good quality, great prices… In fact, most of their prices here are lower than at other Marshals.”

“I do like shopping at target. The aisles are always easy to shop in. They have a lot of items that are rare finds. We went there looking for products I saw on the Today tv show named Ghetto Gastro which is black owned. Products are pricy but wanted to give them a try.. I do like checking out. I can't remember waiting a very long time in their shop. Quality products and no long waits. I did ask for a products location and the person I asked took me right where I needed to go.”

“I was just in this TJ Maxx and had the unfortunate experience of listening to a man belittling and lecturing who I later found out to be the store manager. While I didn’t hear the beginning of his tirade, he repeatedly asked the store manager to call her manager’s cellphone after the store manager repeatedly stated she was unable to do that, lecture her that the customer is always right/the customer’s wishes should always be followed, that she was extremely rude and in general, lecturing her on how bad her customer service was. Any time she tried to speak, he called her rude for interrupting him, whether or not he had been actively speaking. The interaction infuriated me and I was not even a part of it! This review is to commend the store manager for her immense patience and composure, and to negate the 1-star review I’m sure he’ll attempt to leave about her “lack of customer service.” You did great!!!
