DONT TRUST THIS, Its a big SCAM.
Initially, they quoted $35, but upon arrival, they demanded $55 without providing any cleaning service. Instead, they simply flipped the carpet without proper cleaning. It's undoubtedly a scam; I advise avoiding them altogether as they are not worth a single penny. Furthermore, they only washed with water and neglected to clean the trunk. When asked to rectify this, they demanded even more money. I won't be trusting them again.
They don't even accept credit cards or Apple Pay, they insisted on cash payment instead.
When I called them they said, card options are available but at the end they don’t!

I cam here with a bike that had gotten paint all over it from someone I properly securing paint to their vehicle. Feydi's took my bike immediately and got it cleaner than it was before paint got all over it. This is after another company refused to touch my bike (paint still wet) I am so grateful to their quick response in getting my bike clean and free of paint.

I had the best experience here today! My car was a total mess, lots of dog hair and left over pollen. No one complained or charged me more money. My trunk was immaculate when they were through.This was my first experience here, will not be the last. My car was so clean .Thank you so much!!

I requested the detailing service for $175 on my cadillac truck. The service included a wash and wax of the outside, treatment and conditioner of the leather, tire and rim.clean and wax.I spent over 30 minutes showing employees where the cup holders weren't cleaned, windows had brown spots, radio and screen dusty and the list goes on. I still have to clean the drivers side window, remove dirt from a rim and middle console because I had to leave due to a prior engagement. Talk about exhausting!! I can't go back after that. Its simply the principle of being observant.Services: Polishing

Unfortunately I spilled cheddar broccoli soup all over my vehicle. I wanted to detail it because the center console was hard to clean. I called and asked if they would be able to take the car apart and clean it. I was told yes. When I was called back to my vehicle the perimeters of the doors were still dirty. The middle console still had dried food. Not as much food as before so maybe they tried. The dust made me think this part was wiped over too quickly. My trunk also hadn't been touched along with the glove compartment. I won't be back, a full detail for 175 seemed like a deal. Now I wish I had gone to a dealership. PS: they pretend you can only pay cash but the owner has both cash app and a square for debit cards.

I never really care to do reviews, but... They always do a great job when cleaning my car but when I went to get my car washed today. A young kid used a brush to wash my car and it slid off the roof denting my window trim. He stopped and looked at me because HE KNEW! I took a look at the car when i got out but it was still wet so I couldn't find anything. After they dried it and I found the dent. I confronted them about it to the owner, and him and the kid denied it. Lied to straight to my face then proceeded to laugh about it when I turned around to look at it. Mind you.. I got this car 4 months ago brand new.Service: Auto detailing

Detailed and worth the money! They took their time on my vehicle, I thought it was more personalized than bigger car washes around town. I also went Sunday morning at 9 am so it wasn’t crowded, I was the only car there.

I hate to write a negative post, but felt compelled to comment after my experience today at this location. Service is hit or miss, with some visits being smooth and other times a pretty long wait and spotty service. I typically go prepared for a wait and with time to spare. Today was no exception. When I arrived to the location at 5 pm, the greeter informed me that they didn’t want to take any more cars because they were already running behind and offered to refer me to a nearby car wash. I asked her why they didn’t just put a closed sign or something out if they weren’t taking customers. She said that the corporate team insisted that they stay open to make money. Huh??? When I finally asked the manager, he was very nonchalant. Customer service- ZERO. Won’t be returning.

If this is the feydi's car wash connected to chevron on 2243 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062, then it was amazing! I usually don't leave reviews but this hand wash was quick but detailed! I just got a new bmw 330i, so I didn't want to get scratches running through a car wash. Feydi's detailed everything from the rims, tires, and shampoo'd the car mats leaving the inside smelling super fresh. Best part, it was only $30. Definitely left a tip! Compared to other hand wash prices, they did the full package wash for a super competitive price. I will definitely be back.
