Wouldn’t trust taking my baby anywhere! They make my crusty, lumpy, bumpy 12 year old Lhasa look like a puppy. Having worked in animal healthcare / grooming for years, I feel that she is truly in the best hands here.

I just left Dee’s on Spring Road and I am still in shock! I live just just two blocks away and have called and dropped by several times to attempt to speak with Dee, but she is never available, and nobody offers to take a message and have her contact you.
I really wanted and still want to speak with Dee. I have been trying to get an appointment for my little puppy. a purebred Havanese, for his first grooming appointment and was promptly turned away on the phone by Dee’s by a receptionist who has since been fired for cause (I was told by the current manager on duty when I dropped by one afternoon a few weeks ago hoping to meet Dee). The manager told me there had been a lot of turnover there, so I was a little worried about taking my puppy there. All the wonderful reviews were from years ago about past groomers who are no longer there.
Dee’s is just two blocks from me, and I had been dropping by for weeks, so I finally happened by and the manager was closing up, so I asked if she would answer some questions for me.
I had my puppy with me. We had just come from his very first groomer appointment, and he had been shaved down to his skin! I wasn’t happy with the experience at that groomer for several reasons, i.e., not clean, my puppy scratched constantly for three days until I bathed him at home afterwards, he had diarrhea immediately afterwards for days afterwards and the groomer didn’t answer their phone or return calls, so I was researching other groomers. I had just paid $75 for a full grooming for my puppy.
I asked the manager of Dee’s for the prices for a small dog and the manager only mentioned one price of $75-85. My puppy had almost no hair, so the manager said she could not quote me a price of $75.
She said she would have to wait until after the grooming appointment to set the price.
I said why would I pay you more than $75 when I have a groomer already that charges $75? She said it’s because we never know how the dog is going to react once it’s here, if it bites or fidgets or is difficult or is matted. That costs extra. I told her that I really wanted to come there because of the convenience and that I would think about it. I said thank you and drove away.
I went back to Dee’s today with my puppy after deciding that the convenience of being two blocks away was worth the chance of the extra $10.
I walked in with my puppy in my arms and a big smile on my face and greeted everyone. I made three appointments back-to-back.
I had learned about “mini grooms” also known as “tidies” that are normally $55.00, so I inquired about those. I quoted the price that I knew was standard in the industry, having done my research.
The manager reluctantly agreed that they do provide those, and immediately said “we charge $58!”
I laughed and said “Why are you always higher?” The receptionist was trying to find a price list.
And then the manager asked me if I was comfortable leaving my puppy there for four to six hours for a mini groom or a tidy. I said that’s a long time for a dog to go without food or water.
The manager then asked me if I was looking for a groomer that would groom just one dog at a time, and I said no, I just meant that six hours is a long time for a pet to go without food.
And then she said, I don’t think this is the place for you. You need to go somewhere else!
I am so humiliated and hurt.
I have lived next door for two years and have had my puppy for 16 months and was looking forward to going to Dee’s for a year, stopping by all the time trying to meet Dee, calling to speak to her, calling to make an appointment only to be told to find a mobile groomer, then to go there and be treated this way in person.

Brought my dog in. Advised company that he is hyper dog especially when he sees other dogs (not use to be around dogs) when I made reservations and filled out the forum online. Brought him in for grooming, advised again about my dog being hyper. Giving opportunity to s say NO.
When I picked up my fur baby, I was met with more negative than passive remarks. I advise after that I would not being him back, use or recommend them again. The young lady who took car off my dog was nice. Another person comes in with her negative remarks and suggestions and how it would not be good to bring him again (in lack of less words).
I would not recommend based on my experience

Benzie finally got his schnauzer haircut back. Dee was quick, professional and efficient. Got us a new groomer. Did I mention it’s 5-6 mins from the house!!!

I returned for a nail trim when I couldn't reach them by phone with no answer after ten rings. They told me they only take walk-ins between 10AM and 12 noon and it was 1:30. They said they couldn't take me even if I was willing to wait for a groomer. I was frustrated that they didn't pick up when I called or have a voice recording to advise me of their hours. Jessica did not offer to schedule me or ask any of the groomers if they were willing to fit me in. I took Biscuit over to Petsmart a mile down the road and they were very accommodating.

Very nice courteous place. They always treat our pet great & we feel very secure leaving him there for grooming.

Very good service.In case there is someone who doesn't speak English, the girl in front speaks Spanish. She always takes care of me and my dog very well and my dog always looks very pretty. Thank you so much.

I have been bringing my sweet rescue poodle Hope to Dee's for many years. Hope is treated with kindness and care. I would never consider using another grooming spa. Dee's will always be the special place for us!

I feel like every doodle owner goes through the trial & error of finding their go-to groomer. I am so glad the search ended here for me. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable about not only the desired cuts, but what you can & cannot expect for their style of hair, precautions to take & they are very efficient with how they set expectations. I make my next appointment the same day of my visit so I don’t have to wait. Love them!
