I tried other salons in haste and always regretted it. Not with Deeply Rooted. If your business survived the pandemic, there is nothing left to say. The reputation speaks for itself! Unprofessional & Violent Employees!This place employs violent employees and the owner condones it. I have never experienced the type of ghetto violence from a business establishment and its employees ever in a hair salon or any where else. It's sad that the women employed there are not professional and professional behavior and non violence is not enforced by the owner. I would never step foot in that place again. It doesn't matter how successful a business is, God don't like ugly. Do better!!!

Sat there for an hour and some minutes to get a color and loc maintenance. The woman told me 30 minutes past my appointment time. Zero communication afterwards just sitting and waiting. My hair never got done.

Went to their pop-up beauty night when stylist pop in from out of state to share their expertise here in Atlanta on that particular Tuesday. I'm glad it fell on a day I was available to participate. My stylist was from Maryland and retwisted my locs and another dyed my tips. It was a late night but well worth it. Please have more drop-ins!!!

I originally met the owner of this business and her team at the Juneteenth celebration in Atlanta and was so excited to start using their services for my locs. I read the poor reviews, but decided to give them a chance. WHAT A MISTAKE. I was really disappointed by the total lack of customer support. My stylist did not greet or interact with me hardly at all. She put me under the dryer and did not even say goodbye when she left the shop for the evening. I have never seen anything like this. The loc maintenance was average, but the behavior of the staff is just puzzling to me. I would definitely not recommend.

Use to come here often a year or two ago, finally decided to come back, I called today and the lady on the phone has 0 customer service, literally rude and told me theyre closed on Sundays but website says 3-7pm with an appointment. Not spending my money here

My preferred stylist no longer works here. This establishment is great 80% of the time! Fair prices. Usually it’s too warm in here and I had one very unpleasant experience with a different stylist on a day my stylist was booked.

They have the most covid safe environment that I have ever seen. They are very professional, they even check your temp before you enter.
